Teledyne ETM is seeking a Sales Coordinator who is excited to join our team to actively support sales operations and service, working effectively with multiple departments. Successful applicants must be self-motivated, deeply organized and capable of managing work with multiple deadlines. Experience in a regulated industry (e.g., medical devices, defense, manufacturing) is a plus. Sales Operations & Order Fulfillment * Act as the liaison between Sales, Production, Supply Chain, and Engineering to ensure timely order processing and delivery. * Program manage the full lifecycle of customer orders-from entry to shipment-tracking progress and resolving delays. * Monitor delivery timelines and proactively follow up to ensure alignment with customer commitments. Service Coordination * Manage service contracts for LINAC systems, ensuring accurate tracking of activities and compliance. * Support field service technicians by coordinating timely shipment of parts to meet SLA requirements. * Maintain and update the service dashboard to reflect real-time status of LINACs under contract. * Assist with service contract inventory management and reporting. Compliance & Reporting * Partner with the Internal Sales Manager team to support SOX compliance activities and documentation. * Maintain and manage the spares pricelist, ensuring accuracy and timely updates. * Analyze sales reports and manage data to support strategic decision-making. Customer Service & Support * Update internal systems with order status, delivery schedules, and service activities. * Schedule field service calls and coordinate logistics for customer support needs. Maintain tools, equipment and work area in a clean and orderly condition and notify supervision when painting materials are depleted. Clean equipment thoroughly after each use by flushing lines, guns, tips and tanks. Sign off operations completed and obtain first piece and final inspection sign off on operation sheets as required. Maintain and repair lubricating, hydraulic and cooling systems oh machine tools, equipment, stationary engines and rolling stock by checking and replenishing fluid, setting and adjusting for proper flow rates and performance. 9. Check machine, equipment and stationary engines for proper operation in accordance with preventative maintenance programs and schedules. 10. Check work, fits, wear and operation using measuring instruments, tools, gauges, etc. 11. Mount and level machines tools by placing on previously located studs by shimming under pads as required. 12. Maintain tools, equipment and work area in a clean and orderly condition. 13. Make proper time charge entries and record data as required. 14. TOOLS, PROCESSES AND EQUIPMENT: SMAW (Shielded Metal Arc Welding), FCAW (Flux Core Arc Welding), GMAW (Gas Metal Arc Welding), welding equipment, torches, regulators, floor operated cranes, welding positioners, fixtures, slag gun, grinder, hand truck, forklift, ladder, and scaffold. PPE includes safety glasses, face shield, respirator, gloves, weld jacket and cap, etc. MATERIAL: Ferrous and nonferrous metals and their alloys, plate, structural shapes, castings and weldments, etc. Oxygen, acetylene and inert gases, flux, welding wire and rod, etc. Work Procedure and/or Responsibility Assigned: 1. Receive work assignment from Group Leader and Supervision. 2. Read and follow safety regulations and procedures and weld symbols. 3. Setup equipment by setting amperage, voltage, pressures, feeds, and speeds within limits specified and obtaining specified electrode. 4. Position and operate manual, semi-automatic and automatic welding equipment to deposit single and multiple layers and weld in all positions at joint locations specified where care must be exercised to produce quality welds with uniform penetration. Location of parts is determined by others or by fixtures. Load and clamp material in fixtures against fixed stops. 5. Operate carbon arc torch to remove weldments from floorplate or strongback and braces from weldments. 6. Operate handling equipment to lift, move and position material. 7. Sign off operations completed and obtain first piece and final inspection signoffs on operation sheets as required. 8. Maintain tools, equipment, and work area in a clean and orderly condition. 9. Make proper time charge entries and record data as required. 10. Maintain in effect certification for welding ferrous and nonferrous metals and alloys and take and acceptably pass periodic working tests. 11. Identify parts in accordance with method specified. Perform Work of equal or lower skills level as required. Basic Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent GED. Minimum 2 years' experience utilizing SMAW (Shielded Metal Arc Welding), FCAW (Flux Core Arc Welding), GMAW (Gas Metal Arc Welding) welding processes. Prior work experience with interpreting blueprints, weld symbols, and manufacturing instructions. US citizenship is required. Preferred Qualifications Minimum 5 years experience welding in an industrial heavy Fabrication environment. Working experience with carbon arcing/backgouging.
