Basic Qualifications: Bachelors of Science Degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math (STEM) discipline plus 5 years of experience OR Masters of Science Degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) discipline plus 2 years of experience Proven leadership experience on a project and/or team Experience in the Aerospace and Defense industry Candidate must have an active Dept of Defense Top Secret clearance level at the time of the application, current and within scope Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of spacecraft sub-assemblies and/or integration and test Experience as an electrical/electronics engineer, Test Conductor, or System Test Engineer Programming experience with any of the following languages: Python, C, C++, Perl Experience as a functional manager Experience in space systems and space system production, integration and test Primary Level Salary Range: $133,000.00 - $199,600.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
