Position Summary
The focus of the Columbus, Ohio based Sales Representative, Trauma and Emergency Medicine, is making connections with clinicians and economic buyers. The work involves driving toward results by managing relationships and serving as the key point of contact with emergency medicine physicians, trauma surgeons, interventionalists, nurses, and paramedics in the O.R. and acute care hospital from initial lead outreach to order fulfilment of Teleflex's portfolio of emergency medicine products. The selling portfolio includes our life-saving Arrow EZ-IO Intraosseous Vascular Access System and QuikClot, QuickClot Control+.
While the job requires strong initiative and self-direction, results are only achieved with and through people. The ability to understand, quickly react and motivate others, along with knowledge and skill in how to successfully influence and persuade others is a critical key to success. The job requires a high degree of selling and managing multiple priorities. Initiating projects and processes beyond established Teleflex practices will often require training and developing others and enlisting their support by using a "selling" vs. "telling" communication style. The job environment is dynamic and changing, fast paced and results oriented.
This is not an on call position.
Principal Responsibilities
* Prospect and execute against new business opportunities to exceed revenue targets.
* Manage multiple priorities by developing and maintaining a detailed, strategic, and actionable territory business plan.
* Grow overall market share and increase utilization among existing accounts, while securing new users within the geography.
* Exceed territory sales quota through Intense pursuit of attaining achievable goals, regardless of obstacles or circumstances.
* Ensure assigned revenue and profitability goals through effective organizational and time management skills.
* Lead the conversation and display customer advocacy. Create strong, productive customer relationships based on trust with a commitment to customer satisfaction and develop Key Opinion Leaders.
* Build champions and navigate the VAC process to effect clinical preference practices.
* Taking disruptive technology from no share to full share.
* Demonstrate excellent interpersonal communication skills, to include superb presentation skills and a proven ability to influence cross functional teams without formal authority. Work collaboratively with leadership to drive contracting success in territory.
* Demonstrate superior product, clinical and market understanding.
* Fluent in all company product indications and applications with strong clinical and technical acumen. Maintain competency level in all assessments.
* Teach the safe and efficacious use of all Teleflex emergency medicine products via customer training, product in services, skills day, or trade shows.
* Understand competitors' technology and strategy and successfully navigate competitive conversations with customers.
* Strong foundation in healthcare economics, knowledge of GPOs and IDNs and understanding of corporate and healthcare contracting process.
* Actively use Saleforce.com and Power BI platform of tools and pivots to develop and maintain in-depth account profiles, build and manage robust pipeline and forecast accurately. Ability to analytically assess the business and make informed decisions to effectively manage and grow territory sales.
* Ensure compliance to Teleflex's Code of Ethics, Core Values, and all company policies, rules, procedures, and housekeeping standards.
* Submit all expense reports and required reporting in a timely manner.
* Establish and maintain all credentials (via RepTrax, Vendormate, etc.) to enter and work in hospital and other medical facilities as required by facility requirements.
Education / Experience Requirements
* Bachelor's degree is preferred; however, candidates with 10 or more years of proven success in medical device sales will be strongly considered.
* A minimum of two (2) years prior medical device sales experience, as an ASR or Full Line Rep, is expected, with a demonstrated track record of success.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:
* Operating room, trauma and emergency medicine experience is ideal plus background successfully selling disruptive technology and growing market share.
Specialized Skills / Other Requirements
* Carry detail bag weighing up to 20 lbs. and lift equipment weighing up to 30 lbs.
* Stand or walk for 6 - 10 hours per day, up to five (5) days per week.
* Proficiency with computer technology and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
* Clean driving license

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be $180,000 (inclusive of commissions) however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Commissions will also vary depending on individual performance. The total compensation package for this position will also include benefits such as medical, prescription drug, dental and vision insurance, flexible spending accounts, participation in 401(k) savings plan, and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO, short- and long-term disability and parental leave, dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

Position Summary
The FL Remote Sales Representative will work closely with the Remote Sales and Global Anesthesia management team to meet goals and objectives by covering all sales functions in an assigned territory: forecasts, quotations, solicitations, and secures sales orders from potential and existing customers. This position will be responsible for interfacing with medical advisory boards, economic buyers, and clinicians -- particularly Anesthesia departments, this position sells and promotes the AEM products to grow overall market shares with new and existing customers, generating new business, cold calling, presenting and demonstrating our Airway, Atomization, Respiratory and Pain Management products.
Principal Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain an in-dept profile of each account to include customer preferences, competitive products and field intelligence, market activity, important contact/decision makers, customer feedback, and attendees in-serviced. Planning effectively to maximize time in the field when indicated.
• Leverage existing customer relationships and create additional opportunities by building, developing, and maintaining new customer relationships. Generate sales in a territory by designing selling strategies based on territory/segment characteristics.
• Manage entire sales cycle to include qualification of leads, needs/opportunity assessment, request for proposal (RFP), close of sale and all post-sales support.
• Professionally communicate (verbally and written) with customers while providing accurate and timely processing of their purchase orders; order status and tracking updates; as well as providing required order related documents (order confirmations; shipping notifications; and or invoices).
• Educate customers on products, procedures, and industry trends through use of our clinical education program. The incumbent will learn and use business analytic tools and territory knowledge to conduct strategic territory management business plans.
• Demonstrate a high level of proficiency with TFX continuous education program through competency assessment and competitive offerings utilizing the technology tools that are available.
• Responsible for purchase order processing, including necessary steps to identify customer accounts; verify credit status; pricing, and inventory levels. Estimates date of delivery to customer, based on knowledge of production and delivery schedules
• Overcomes technical and business objections of prospective customers.
• Enters new customer data and other sales data for customers into SF.com computer database.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails related to the product ordering process.
• Occasional travel to attend trade shows or field visit with customers.
• Maintain Teleflex and its Anesthesia & Emergency Medicine product competencies.
• Exhibit understanding of Teleflex Anesthesia Competition in the market segments.
• Adhere to and ensure the compliance of Teleflex's Code of Ethics, all Company policies, rules, procedures, and housekeeping standards.
Education / Experience Requirements
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university with emphasis in Science/Business desired; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Three (3) years remote sales or related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience using value selling or target account selling methodology preferred.

We have an immediate opening on our Ambulatory Surgery Center sales team based out of Columbus, OH.
Responsibilities:
Calling on ambulatory surgery centers within assigned territory. The team sells sell surgical procedure trays, DME, anesthesia, surgical gloves, infection prevention, endoscopy kits, IV fluid management, drapes and gowns, surgical hand antiseptic, and other disposables.
Making sales presentations to multiple decision-makers
Establishing and nurturing client relationships
Developing strong relationships with key decision makers
Maintaining existing business and presenting new products
Preparing bids and price quotes
Regular cold calling
Required Experience:
Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of quota-based sales experience demonstrating a background in cold calling, commissioned, full-cycle sales experience OR at least 5 years of quota-based sales experience demonstrating a background in cold calling, commissioned, full-cycle sales experience
Track record of demonstrable sales growth and quota attainment

POSITION TITLE
Residential Sales Specialist - New York / New Jersey
POSITION OVERVIEW
Milliken Flooring is searching for a Residential Account Manager in New York / New Jersey to manage all aspects of current residential sales and new account acquisitions in the territory. The ideal candidate should possess strong experience and knowledge of the residential sales process and preferably knowledge of the residential carpet industry. We are looking for someone with comprehensive knowledge of the local residential industry - capable of specifying and selling in the residential segment, and experience in seeking and developing annuity business with dealers. This person should have evidence of strategic relationships with key decision makers in the territory and the ability to see the “big picture” by assessing, prioritizing, navigating and quickly adapting to complex situations in key projects. This person also needs to have strong listening and communication skills used to identify customer needs and encourage customers to specify and purchase Milliken flooring products. This person will need to be able to work flexible hours.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The successful candidate will meet and exceed all revenue and growth goals assigned.
Build solid and trustworthy relationships with specialty flooring retailers enabling Milliken to increase their market and business share in the territory.
Conduct daily sales calls on existing customers and continually prospect for new accounts within designated geographic region.
Provide flooring retailers with product training and provide product consultations to increase sales in their markets.
Develop and maintain a detailed sales strategy for each dealer aimed at growth/penetration to grow market share within dealer.
Prepare and communicate sales reports outlining actual sales information and goals, competitive market conditions and product needs.
Analyze and control travel and entertainment expenditures as well as sample budget to conform to the budgetary requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS - REQUIRED
2+ years' direct sales experience
Ability to travel up to 60% within and outside assigned territory.
Located in New York / New Jersey, preferably central portion of territory.
Must be a self-starter, experience with working from home office with limited supervision.
Ability to lift and move flooring materials up to 40lbs in weight.
The successful candidate will have strengths in the following:

Well-developed communication and execution management skills.
Excellent communication skills, scripting presentations and public speaking, planning, organization, time management, and attention to detail
Proficient in CRM software and sales tracking tools
Compensation Range:
The expected base salary range for this position is $60,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year . This range represents our good faith estimate of what we reasonably expect to pay for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors such as experience, skills, and location.
Additional Compensation & Benefits:
This role is eligible for additional compensation such as uncapped commissions and a company vehicle. A general overview of benefits includes health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other company-sponsored programs.

Creating and conducting sales presentations on product lines to multiple decision makers.
