* May negotiate the purchase, lease, sublease, and/or disposal of real property
* Represents client's interest with customers and government agencies
* Responds to internal and external real estate inquiries when required by client
* Assists with cost estimates for project budgeting purposes
* Works with interdisciplinary teams and agent/broker to resolve encroachments and other legal challenges
* If necessary, participates with client's legal counsel in litigation processes, including condemnation, if any
* Prepares, issues, and renews Limited Use Permits
* Leads and trains agent/broker within the company
* May perform other duties as assigned

* BA/BS degree in related field
