Key Responsibilities
As a critical and meaningful role within the Richelieu organization, the Telemarketing position is primarily responsible for inside sales development for a portion of our local sales region. This person will primarily:

Job Responsibilities:
Daily duties include fielding incoming phone calls generated from the internet and
traditional advertising, securing and setting sales appointments
Directs customers to product information resources, including those available on
the Internet
Handles all email and Internet sales inquiries personally
Sets appointments for Sales Personnel
Will be on the phone and computer all day
Will be responsible for all inbound phone calls and a high volume of e-mail
correspondence, checking e-mail frequently and responding to inquiries
immediately
Job Requirements:
Must be self-motivated and energetic!
High school diploma or the equivalent
Valid in-state driver's license and acceptable driving record
