G-C is expanding nationwide in 2025 and we are looking for aggressive, smart, educated, and promotable Technical Sales Territory Managers to join our sales team.
We offer training, technical support, and an unlimited no-cap flat rate commission.
Sell water treatment boiler and cooling tower chemicals to a variety of industrial customers. Maintain the existing customer base and make cold calls to develop new business. Work alongside friendly, veteran salespeople.
This is an established territory with a sizeable book of business. It includes customers in Data Centers, Healthcare, Food & Beverage, Manufacturing, Commercial & Institutional, and Wastewater.
Run chemical tests to analyze water and document results. Interact and fix mechanical equipment such as pumps, tubing, piping and valves. Program electronic equipment such as cooling tower chemical controllers. Military and mechanical backgrounds are helpful.

Responsibilities
Build and manage a portfolio of clients through prospecting, networking, referrals, and community involvement
Consult with clients to assess their needs and recommend the best coverage options across Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets by generating new business and cross-selling to existing clients
Deliver exceptional service to maintain strong client relationships and ensure policy renewals
Stay informed on industry trends, product offerings, and compliance requirements
Requirements
Sales experience preferred (insurance, financial services, real estate, or related industries)
Must have or be willing to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
