Cultural Competence: Confidently work with and manage a highly diverse client base, including many customers who are bilingual. Comply with inventory control procedures. Suggest ways to improve sales and quotas. Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management. Maintain flexibility to meet with clients and address urgent issues outside of typical 9-5 hours when required by the business. Travel to trade shows and to visit top clients and accounts throughout the year, to enhance and nurture existing and future relationships.
