I don’t know the CEO the leader ship they’re OK but they keep switching managers for some reason. I’ve been there for four months and this is my force manager.
I really don’t know how I would improve the company
I really didn’t prepare for the interview. It was a live interview and all I had to do was show them that I had good Internet connection and I had to tell them what state I lived in
what i like about working in teleperformance is that all the employees staff and management are accomodating.

The thing that I like about working there is the HMO and my colleagues.
The management, the salary, and the environment are a bit messy.
My favorite benefits are the internet allowance and rice allowance.
The fast pace and discipline from the management team really motivated me to do the best of my ability.
The environment was not ideal for such a loud call center. Additionally, many employees were distracting and didn't contribute to a positive impact on company culture.
The atmosphere is good . Friendly team mates and team leaders.
