1) We do, we get mostly calls by people who are pissed by the bad service they have gotten thus far. It really leaves a bad impresion on you. 2) We are expected to follow a code of conduct and procedure while talking to clients, it kinda numbs ya after a while. And no I dont know someone in there who thinks we get paid the work we do. 3)No problem, Ive had all type of calls Im sure you were one of the good ones.
We are but we can now say where the call center is located, dont know if you could say that when you worked?
I love working remotely, being offered free courses that would allow me to advance into a better paying position and the sense of teamwork I developed over time with the other people in my department.
There is sometimes a lack of solid protocol on some things and important processes that we have to use on a daily basis are left without a clear understanding of.
Once again, I love working remotely! Other than that, they provided me with all the equipment required for my position and I am extremely grateful for that.

I miss that job it was the best job that ive ever had and id work there again for sure.
