The eCommerce Phone Support Operator is considered the front-line representative, providing best in class service to our customers and store team members. This individual will answer incoming phone calls, make outbound calls and respond to emails. The eCommerce Phone Support Operator is primarily responsible for locating and providing part fitment for customer's vehicles, placing orders, tracking shipments, providing order statuses, explaining billing, and partnering with our store leadership via email and phone to resolve opportunities. The eCommerce Phone Support Operator is able to provide resolutions to all concerns. About this Role
FiberTel is looking for an HDD Operator for our Albuquerque, NM location.
A Successful HDD Operator is specially trained and has expertise in locating for horizontal/directional drill rigs and product support equipment. This individual will be primarily responsible for setting up and completing drilling variable-sized underground boreholes and pulling back the required conduit/pipe. What You'll Do
Responsibilities:
All phases of telecommunication construction include but are not limited to: Loading, driving, delivery, digging, removal and placement of various types, sizes and weight of construction materials and equipment.
Locate for Horizontal Directional Drill for installation of underground conduit and fiber optic cable.
Ensure safety of the public and other utilities underground facilities.
Operate Horizontal Directional Drill
Assist in potholing and remediation.
Assist with setting hand holes and completing tie-ins.
