Job Title: Customer Service Representative – Contract
Position Location: Remote, but must local to DE
Work schedule: Mon-Fri from 8:00am – 5:00pm (with a one hour lunch break)
• This is an outbound call center position
• Will outreach to providers to make sure they are registered

• Must have a minimum of 3 years of Customer Service experience
• Must have outbound / call center experience

Ideal candidates will possess: + High School Diploma or equivalent + 1-2 years of experience working in a call center environment as a customer service representative + Effective verbal and written communication skills; strong typing and analytical abilities + Active listening and problem-solving abilities + Multi-tasking skills with strong attention to detail + Previous experience in a medical office, including some knowledge of insurance, billing or coding is helpful, with an understanding of the different types of insurance (Medicare/Medicaid, private, commercial and behavioral) a definite plus.

The Bank Teller position is responsible for conducting and processing various types of customer bank transactions. This includes providing prompt, efficient and friendly customer service to customers while adhering to bank teller policy and procedure guidelines. This position also requires tellers to maintain a balanced cash drawer and become skilled in the ability to build customer relationship to identify products and services to meet the customer's banking needs. Part-Time tellers will assist at various branch locations Monday thru Friday between the hours of 10:00 am - 3:00 pm.
