What You'll Do Transaction Processing & Member Services: Provide account services to members in a friendly, professional, accurate, and timely manner. Receive, process, and record financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and loan payments. Handle night deposits, cashier's checks, money orders, and savings bonds. Follow transactional guidelines to safeguard our members and credit union while processing account-related requests. Cash Management & Reconciliation: Reconcile cash drawers by properly using cash handling equipment, following balancing procedures. Securely maintain cash and currency supplies, counting and packaging currency and coins. Process excess cash and mutilated currency following standard procedures. Sales & Relationship Building: Identify member needs and cross-sell credit union services, including loans, savings plans, and other financial products. Refer members to Financial Services Officers or other specialists for additional product and service recommendations. Compliance & Operational Support: Ensure compliance with internal UKFCU policies, procedures, and board-established guidelines. Adhere to federal, state, and local banking regulations. Maintain confidentiality of member and employee information. Assist in resolving member concerns, escalating issues when necessary.
