Open, balances, and replenishes ATM as assigned. Sell and process gift and travel cards. Maintain log and inventory. Assist customers with entry/departure to safe deposit boxes. Provide services to existing customers; Answers customer inquiries. Initiate and follows-up research request. Assist in soliciting new loans and deposits. Assist with teller balancing as needed. Ability to work on Saturday rotation schedule. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Operational efficiency * Handle a cash drawer; ensuring proper control of cash drawer; follow all audit and security policies and procedures. * Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers and loan payment transactions for customers. * Process miscellaneous transactions (bonds, municipal coupons, money orders, etc.). * Assist in daily balancing and processing of ATM(s), including the processing of all entries. * Assist in the verification of deposits in the night and lobby depository. * Assist with the dual control vault responsibilities. * Stay informed of all operational updates and changes to ensure compliance with all current guidelines. Client experience * Deliver excellent client experiences consistently and promptly resolve client issues effectively. * Ensure an excellent overall client experience by assisting clients with select service needs. * Enhance individual knowledge to better serve clients by attending relevant sales, service, and product knowledge meetings, training classes, and web-based learning. Sales and service * Identify cross selling opportunities and refer clients/prospects to the appropriate team. * Promote bank products and services to further enhance client relationships. Compliance and risk management * Expected compliance with bank regulations, policies, procedures, risk management, internal controls, and the First Horizon code of ethics. * Perform all other job-related duties as assigned.
