Monitor ATM+ to ensure they are working properly, alerting management of any operating issues.
Must be able to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced virtual environment.
Good typing skills and a solid history of customer service to include handling escalated, in-depth and detailed conversations.

Position Overview: We're looking for an energetic, reliable, and customer-focused Teller to join our Alliance Credit Union family. As the face of our branches, you'll play a vital role in creating a delightful, knowledgeable, and proactive member experience, every interaction matters! We're looking for someone to provide basic account services (primarily deposits and withdrawals) at the branch in Wentzville. The position starts at $16-17 per hour depending on experience, with a $2/hr. bump for Saturdays. In addition, we pay an additional $10/day for in-branch shifts (6+ hours). Candidates will assist customers with various banking needs, offer product information and provide exceptional customer service while presenting a positive image of the Bank. This position meets the needs of customers by providing quality service in the receiving and paying out of money, and accurate record keeping of money and negotiable instruments involved in the bank's various transactions. Flexible hours Monday thru Friday with some potential weekend rotations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Kindly greet all customers immediately upon entry to maintain a welcoming and helpful environment
Assist customers with the various financial transactions including but not limited to inquiries regarding their balances, statements, and general account information
Ensure all customers have been fully assisted
Use integrated teller and customer data base software to verify customer information and answer questions they may have about their accounts
Process loan payments, savings bonds, cashier's checks, and registration stickers
Handle checks and cash for deposit; verify amounts and examine checks for endorsement before processing
Promptly answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Assist and transfer customers to the correct department by using the employee/department directories
Work towards obtaining qualified customer product referrals each month
Cross sell and/or refer applicable bank products via the telephone or to customers in person
Maintain a clear understanding of when to put a "hold" on funds and know how to explain that to a customer
Capture images on the NDP machine
