This position is a temporary part-time, non-exempt role- 20 hours per week and reports to the Director of Membership. This position will be based out of Milpitas, CA office.
THE ROLE:
We are seeking a Customer Service Membership Representative to assist with the Renewal of annual membership, Retention & Recruitment (3R's) of SEMI members. This role is crucial in maintaining strong relationships with existing members while assisting in recruiting new members and addressing any membership-related inquiries.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Reach out to existing expired members
· Respond to Incoming member interest forms
· Set appointments for Director of Membership presentations to non-member companies that have attended recent SEMI Events
· Conduct check-in calls on near future expiring members.
· Meet required number of member contact attempts to contact per shift
SKILLS PREFERED:
· Great customer service skills
· Strong communications skills
· Working knowledge of Microsoft office & Outlook- (experience using Teams a plus)
