I'm an experienced and entrepreneurial commercially-focused leader who's delivered transformative software and hardware products and operations in total startups, and in international organisations with teams of up to 120 people. I operate at the strategic level, as well as hands-on and leadership of diverse teams (product management, UX, development, customer service, business development). I've delivered transformative projects in multiple roles and I've built teams, new products, and business units from the ground up. I'm competitive, I thrive on hard work, and I cherish the sense of achievement that comes from meeting lofty goals.

Outside of work I enjoy physical fitness and challenges, and I've participated or competed at a high-to-international standards in a diverse range of sports including swimming, freestyle & extreme whitewater kayaking, wakeboarding, snowboarding, surfing, skiing and kitesurfing. I also bike and run regularly, and I'm learning iOS app programming so I can teach my 8 year old daughter how to build games.
