ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Master Scheduler to join our team in McLean, VA. In this role, you would be responsible for overseeing and leading the creation and planning of project schedules, events, and plans across the customer origination. This position will work closely with Engineering, Complex Projects, IT Solutions, Program Management Office, and Procurement to identify and track resourcing needs and help establish work planning. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Leading a team of project schedulers providing coverage from 6:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Travel between local buildings is required. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree with a concentration in highly analytical courses (e.g., Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Statistics, etc.) and 7+ years of experiences, or a combination of education and work experience equivalent to 11+ years. Ability to create, update, and track project schedules, as well as manage dependencies, milestones, deliverables, and timelines. Ability to align project schedules with budgets and monitor for discrepancies or delays. Ability to work well with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth scheduling and project execution. Understanding of policies, methods, and procedures that includes advanced Planningand Scheduling techniques.
