Serves as a liaison between peers and the Maintenance division for follow-up on daily work orders and emergency repairs. Ensures the timely completion of all work orders within the campus management software. Promotes and ensures a high level of cleanliness is maintained in public areas and behind-the-scenes areas of Associate Housing. Tracks inventory of furniture and products; ensures Company asset protection policies are followed Serves as a liaison between Human Resources, Safety, Security, and other Divisions/Departments in handling residents who have violated Company policies, federal, state, or provincial laws and regulations. Responds to complaints by residents, within established parameters and works to resolve complaints in a satisfactory manner.
