Your Duties and Responsibilities * Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, fixtures, and equipment in commercial buildings * Diagnose plumbing issues using diagnostic tools and industry best practices * Perform routine maintenance and preventive plumbing services * Respond to emergency plumbing service calls in a timely manner * Provide accurate information for estimators for repairs, and/ or service work * Ensure all work is compliant with local plumbing codes and safety standards * Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and deliver professional service * Collaborate with the service manager and team members on larger commercial plumbing projects * Maintain a clean and safe work environment * Keep up to date with the latest industry trends and plumbing technologies Qualifications * 3+ years of experience as a commercial service plumber * Valid plumbing license * Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills * Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings * Proficient in using plumbing tools and equipment * Experience with commercial plumbing systems (e.g., water supply, drainage, heating, gas lines) * Knowledge of local building codes and regulations * Strong customer service and communication skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Reliable transportation and a clean driving record * Ability to think outside the box Reports To * Josh Young: President * Joe Contreras: Service Manager * Melissa Avalos: Director of HR Benefits * Medical Insurance * Dental Insurance * Vision Insurance * Life Insurance * Profit Sharing Retirement Plan * ZayZoon - Wages on Demand * 6 Paid Holidays - Eligible after 30 days or 160 hours worked. * 48 Hours of PTO - Eligible for use after 520 hours worked. * 40 Hours of Sick Time - Eligible for use after 90 days.
