This individual ensures labor, equipment, and materials are scheduled efficiently to support timely project completion. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Coordinate labor scheduling for field staff across all divisions * Maintain and update master project schedules and daily manpower reports * Communicate regularly with project managers, superintendents, and department leads to assess upcoming needs * Schedule equipment deliveries and subcontractor timelines in line with project deadlines * Adjust schedules proactively based on field progress and unforeseen delays * Track employee availability, PTO, and workload to ensure optimal labor allocation * Collaborate with HR and Recruiting to onboard new hires into the schedule * Provide scheduling reports and updates for weekly meetings * Use scheduling software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Excel, Procore, or similar) WORKING CONDITIONS REQUIRED QUALIFICATION * Proven experience in scheduling and coordinating jobs within mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, or construction environments * Familiarity with industry software for scheduling, dispatching, and work order management (e.g., Service Titan, Field Edge, or similar) Rivet Experience Preferred * Strong understanding of project timelines and resource allocation * Proficiency in calendar and scheduling tools, including Microsoft Outlook, Google Calendar, and job management platforms * Ability to work closely with project managers, service technicians, and administrative staff to ensure smooth coordination of jobs and tasks * Good communication skills DEPARTMENT HIERARCHY * Josh Young: President * Ron Turrell: Director of Plumbing * Tony Vyverman: Superintendent * Assigned Foreman DIRECT REPORT(S) Compensation & Benefits POSITION PAY RATE $18.00 to $22.00 per hour, based on skills, experience, performance and ongoing training attendance.
