Clifford Nastas is a Chief Executive Officer at Tempel, Pres:Automotive at Dan T. Moore Company, and Board Member at Dan T. Moore Company and is based in Ohio. Vincent Buonanno was born, raised, and educated in Providence, Rhode Island. He began his career at New England Container Company, a family-founded company involved in the steel drum industry with plants in Connecticut, Maryland, and Virginia. As eventual President and principal stockholder of New England Container, Vincent was involved in the processing and marketing of new and reconditioned steel containers for the chemical and petrochemical industries in the Northeast.

Vincent came to Chicago in 1990 to assume management of Tempel Steel Company, where he is now Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. Founded in 1945, Tempel Steel Company is the world's largest producer of magnetic steel laminations for the electrical and electronics industries. Tempel employs approximately 1,800 people and has manufacturing operations throughout NAFTA as well as in China and India.

With a long career in industrial management, Vincent also has a great interest in volunteer in civic activity, mostly revolving around institutions dedicated to education and the humanities. Vincent has three grown children and is married to the former Linda Anne Smith of Chicago, who he met when they were both attending Brown University.
