The Marketing Program Specialist will manage the coordination and execution of marketing initiatives that drive brand growth and engagement. Compensation and Benefits
The compensation range for this role is $20.50 to $22.50 per hour. The hourly rate is determined by class year as of Fall 2026 (sophomore, junior, senior) and may also consider additional factors such as skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
