This position involves the delivery of a full range of high-quality legal services through volunteers under the Volunteer Lawyers Program of Bay Area Legal Services. The Staff Attorney will be responsible for overseeing VLP clinics (including the Family Forms Clinics which operates several times a week), developing pro bono/outreach clinics, developing training materials, assisting with VLP intake, and overseeing cases placed with volunteer attorneys. The position will be supervised by the Team Leader/Pro Bono Director of the VLP.
The largest VLP clinic, the Family Law Forms Clinic, is staffed by volunteer attorneys, law students, and law graduates. During the clinic, volunteers assist pro-se litigants with filling out family law pleadings, explaining the family law forms packet instructions and answering questions regarding the forms. The Pro Bono Clinic Coordinator will be on site throughout the clinic to review the pleadings, provide back-up support, and manage the operation of the clinic. This is a unique position that helps to develop experience in project management, supervisory skills, networking, recruiting and outreach. It also provides an opportunity to provide hands on, meaningful assistance to pro se litigants. The Pro Bono Clinic Coordinator will also be responsible for developing and supervising additional clinics as community needs arise. Supervising clinics will make up 70% of the job responsibilities. The other 30% of the time will involve providing additional support to the VLP team, including participation in bi-monthly intake sessions and oversight of open cases assigned to volunteer attorneys for extended representation. Staff Attorneys will facilitate or directly provide qualified legal services to low income clients to meet their civil legal needs.

Volunteer Supervision: Responsible for supervising and coordinating all aspects of the VLP clinics.
Volunteer Recruitment: Assist in recruiting volunteer attorneys, mentors, law students, and non-legal volunteers, and providing communication with volunteer panels to include newsletters, etc.
Volunteer Training and Scheduling: Train and schedule volunteer attorneys, law students and law graduates to staff weekly clinics.
Creating and Maintaining Best Practices: Create and maintain updated clinic manuals and guidelines.

Adheres to professional standards as outlined by governmental bodies, (and/or other appropriate professional associations), private funding sources, organization plans/policies and guidelines. Participates in periodic evaluative reviews and/or in-house and external staff training to ensure that she/he understands and continues to adhere to such standards. Initiates requests for assistance or guidance from supervisor to address new issues or complex concepts affecting adherence to professional standards.
Performs other duties as designated by the Team Leader/Pro Bono Director of the VLP.
Minimum Qualifications:
Juris Doctorate (JD), Florida Bar licensed and in good standing with the Bar
Demonstrated ability to work in an independent but closely supervised environment
Must have demonstrated experience in coordinating staff and volunteer activities or similar experience.

Art models should be able to hold a pose for a short time for gesture and hold a pose for longer, sustained exercises (lasting 16-18 minutes). Art Models are expected to communicate directly with the course instructor regarding the length and style of the pose, or costuming, when posing draped. Most modeling is undraped, therefore, models should come prepared to class with a robe and appropriate footwear to cover up between undraped poses. Models must maintain a professional appearance, demeanor, and hygiene while posing and collaborating with the course instructor on meeting the needs of each class. A day in the life of a Back of House Team Member
Prep: Assist in prepping ingredients, ensuring all produce and proteins are cut, marinated, and ready for the line with precision and care
Roast: Prepare and roast proteins and vegetables to the highest standards, ensuring each dish is made with consistency and quality
Dish: Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen by washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment, and ensuring proper sanitation of workspaces
Line Support: Work efficiently on the line, assisting with assembling and plating Bols in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and speed
Be part of a fast-paced kitchen cook line, ensuring all orders are prepared quickly and accurately
Cut, marinate, and cook various bases, vegetables, and proteins to bring fresh and flavorful creations to life
Bring Bolay's recipes to life and help test new creations, contributing to the evolution of our menu
Adhere to all food safety practices and procedures, ensuring the safety of both the team and our guests
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment, following all health and safety guidelines
Collaborate with your team, supporting others in achieving success and demonstrating our core value of teamwork
Uphold integrity by following procedures for food preparation, handling, and sanitation

PROGRAM/DEPARTMENT: Father Resources and Network Community (FRANC)
TITLE: Family Coach (Family Educator)
CLASSIFICATION: Part -Time (20 hours per week), Non-Exempt (HOURLY) Join our Family Coach (Family Education Facilitators) team and become a vital part of a caring, culturally responsive support network dedicated to fathers and father figures in Hillsborough County with children aged 17 and under. In this direct -service position, you'll be trained and accredited to deliver proven, evidence based- curricula-empowering father by improving parenting confidence, engagement, and helping them to address behavioral and emotional challenges with their children. Are you passionate about promoting positive changes in families? Comfortable facilitating group experiences with fathers and father-figures? This may be the role for you! Bilingual candidates-especially those fluent in Spanish-are strongly encouraged to apply. This position reports to the Lead Family Coach with our fatherhood team. Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
1. Provides consultation to fathers in adherence to the evidence-based curricula adopted by the program.
2. Plans and coordinates delivery of services with FRANC team to assure compliance with regulatory standards and reporting requirements (Department of Children & Families, Council on Accreditation, and curricula organization).
3. Reviews screenings and assessments, utilizing program specific protocol and consult with case management when community supports are needed.
4. Cultivate and manage ongoing collaborative relationships with other CFC programs as well as in the early childhood, child welfare, behavioral health, legal, housing, and family serving communities.
5. Timely data entry into participant records and data collection systems.
6. Prepare for and participate in case reviews with the Interdisciplinary Team.
7. Adheres strictly to policies which ensure participant confidentiality.
8. Participates in and supports the agency's performance and quality improvement processes.
9. Participates in outreach development and delivery of community events.
10. Participates in related training and workshops.
11. Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Minimum bachelor's degree in social work, human services, or related field.
2. Preference will be given to individuals with a minimum of 3 years prior experience supporting father and father figures with family support/case management services.
3. Complete required training and certification for selected curricula, training will be provided if not already certified.
4. Manage a caseload; organize and prioritize work assignments; make decisions and independent judgments; determine the appropriate course of action in emergency or stressful situations; and recognize reportable events.
5. Computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), Microsoft 365 web-based applications and using internet search engines and other online research tools.
6. Ability to work in the office, clients' homes and in the community.
7. Available to work evenings and some Saturdays for community and program events.
8. Bilingual in English/Spanish is an advantage but not required.
9. Professional, self-directed, follow-through on projects and prompt responsiveness to internal and external stakeholders.
