Cons of working at Temple Health
The work environment is terrible. They're so understaffed in some departments. Managers don't know how to keep a employer/employee relationship on a professional level. They don't care about their employees. Your suppose to be able to go to hr for any problems but the people in hr have really bad attitudes.(not all of them).
