ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Clinical Responsibilities: Assess health needs for children and/or adults Perform and document comprehensive care and health histories and examinations on patients; Gather, interpret and integrate data to determine patient treatment plans. Performs a wide variety of patient care activities including diagnosis and the prescription of medical therapeutics or corrective measures in collaboration with and under the direction of the licensed physician.
