Pros of working at Tenet Healthcare

I enjoy the size of the f my facility and have some very impressive co workers who work as hard as they can to care for their patients.

Cons of working at Tenet Healthcare

I feel that there is little guidance from administration until a new process is presented and enough is not done to explain why we need to change to the new process and how we will benefit from it in the end.

The experience, the learning. Working for the Residency program has been one of the most knowledgeable and greatest experiences in my career.

Cutting hours and staff to save money, making us work harder and giving less care to the patients. It seems to be all about the money, and not the care. These are sick people.
