Qualifications * Employees must be well groomed with clean, pressed and appropriate attire. * Employees will always be on time to their scheduled shifts. * Experience with reservations is preferred. * Employees must have a working knowledge of Microsoft office and proper phone and email etiquette. * Employees must maintain positive upbeat attitude throughout their shift. * Employees must be organized and responsible for their work area. * TIPS (Training for Intervention Procedures) certification is required for this position. Certification must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
