**Objectives | Purpose:**
Perform routine annual preventative maintenance on equipment in a high-speed aseptic Filling operation.
**Key Activities/Responsibilities:**
Perform fill line change-over. Perform fill line equipment repair. Perform preventative maintenance. Serve as backup to filling and hallway operators as needed and to perform various production support activities as directed by Supervisor. Supports process improvement teams.
**Qualifications | Training:**
Education: Associates Degree in maintenance related field or 10 years maintenance experience with High School Diploma required.
Experience: 2-3 years' experience of Industrial Maintenance or Electrical Maintenance, preferably in a packaging Operation. Previous work experience in a clean room desired.
Skills: Excellent troubleshooting ability, working knowledge of tools, and knowledge of packaging processes/machinery. Must be able to work within a team-oriented environment. Basic computer skills, excellent attention to detail, effective communication skills.
**Shift | Hours:**
Weekend Shift | Saturday/Sunday 7:00p-7:00a plus two 8-Hour shifts during the week

**THE OPPORTUNITY**
This primary function of a Multi-Craft Maintenance Mechanic is to provide 24-hour, 7 day a week "skilled trade" maintenance support to the manufacturing, research and development laboratories, warehouses, and office facilities that make up Abbott Park and its associated owned and leased lake County facilities. Maintenance department services include that of manufacturing equipment repair, electrical power equipment and distribution system upkeep, equipment and facilities preventive and predictive maintenance, refrigeration and HVAC system maintenance, lubrication services, environmental testing, heavy equipment rigging, pipe fitting, mechanical, general building maintenance and welding services.
**What you'll do as a Multi-Craft Maintenance Mechanic**
+ The safe, efficient, and economical use of hand tools, power tools, shop equipment (Lathe, Mill, saws, grinders, sheer, brake, press, iron worker, and media blasting equipment), welders (TIG, MIG, and arc), rebuild gearboxes and reducers, ability to run pipe and conduit, fabrication of parts and guards, ability to replace chains, sprockets, guides, bearings and all other equipment as needed.
+ Familiarity with proper PM, inspection, and safety procedures.
+ Successfully perform all PM's, Certifications, and Calibrations on the fillers and ancillary equipment.
**Perform all necessary repairs, adjustments, Set-up, and rebuilds on manufacturing equipment:**

Review maintenance work instructions and modify as needed.
Maintain production equipment to run at required specifications.
Notify supervision of any PM inadequacies or parts shortages.

Conduct general troubleshooting and corrective maintenance of mechanical and electrical systems.
Quickly respond to service calls for machine repairs and adjustments.
Determine what tools are needed to effectively complete work orders.
Determine if the corrective maintenance job is one of a repetitive nature. If so, develop a process to eliminate the reoccurrence.
Adhere to FDA regulations, GMP, ISO Standards, and safety protocols.
Other Key Responsibilities:
Adhere to company and OSHA safety guidelines and support safety activities such as safety audits and adherence of wearing personal protective equipment.
Establish good documentation practices.
Complete all scheduled training on-time.

Minimum Requirements:
HS diploma, GED or equivalent required.
Minimum of 5 years experience in maintenance, troubleshooting and repairing mechanical systems, manufacturing/lab HVAC, or similar equipment.
Preferred certifications: EPA 608, NFPA 70E, Journeyman's electrical or plumbing license

JOB SUMMARY
The OHS Technician is responsible for administering respirator fit testing, audiometric testing, drug & Alcohol Testing, and pulmonary function testing. In addition, the OHS Technician is a vital part of the OHS program as a whole.
SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Maintain a working knowledge of all testing equipment which includes but not limited to respirator fit machines, pulmonary function machine, audiometry machine, and breath alcohol machines.
Calibrate all equipment at the beginning of each day in accordance with manufacturer's requirements. Additional calibrations may be required at other times according to manufacturer's specifications.
Inspect and repair all equipment as necessary.
Conduct periodic surveys of equipment and stations so that all safety and hygiene hazards to customers and Technicians are identified and corrected.
Complete all the administrative steps applicable to the equipment so that all required information is verified and properly recorded.
Administer respirator fit tests in full compliance with CFR 1910.134 Respiratory Protection Standard.
Administer all drug and alcohol collections in full compliance with 49 CFR Part 40 standards.
Maintain and develop customer relationships by responding to questions, concerns, and requests from customers with speed and professionalism.
Thoroughly disinfect and inspect each respirator upon completion of each test
Insure all customer data and paperwork is kept confidential at all times
Keep up to date with relevant safety topics, software and lecture and online training technology
Up to date in NIOSH (National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health) and CAOHC (Council for Accreditation in Occupational Hearing Conservation) certifications
Up to date in all drug and alcohol testing certifications and courses
Strive to maintain personal drug testing procedures that are flawless - undergo mandated remediation within 30 days of error notification.
Respond to after-hour calls as needed
Requirements
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
Customer service skills are required.
Strong communication skills both written and oral.
Must enjoy working with the public and have a strong initiative to work independently.
Must be able to adapt to work in varied environments and learn detailed procedures.

Protects patients and employees by adhering to safety requirements, infection-control, drug and radiation policies, protocols and techniques. Uses proper sterile techniques when setting up and performing invasive multimodality procedures and maintains hand hygiene requirements.
Maintains equipment and work area to meet quality and cleanliness standards. Works with engineers and physicists to ensure optimal operational capabilities of equipment. Reports issues to management or appropriate department. Assists in maintaining supplies inventory.
Ensures individuals are safe to enter the department by screening them according to approved policies and procedures.
Obtains, verifies and maintains all relevant documentation such as requisition/chart, patient history, pregnancy status and shielding precautions taken, consent forms, policies and procedures, etc.

Wellstar Vinings in Smyrna, Georgia is seeking a PT Weekday Registered Mammography Technologist. The Registered Mammography Technologist must be flexible with work hours to meet department needs. Must be dependable, accountable and cooperative. Assists with providing safe, age appropriate care to the patient by performing all exams provided by the department according to department procedures. Has the knowledge and ability to properly and safely obtain a quality diagnostic study. Responsible for performing a wide variety of technical procedures requiring independent judgement, ingenuity and initiative in the utilization of the equipment for the diagnosis and/or treatment of diseases. Able to independently perform job functions. Sets up the equipment to provide imaging service and positions patient for the procedure. Must maintain minimum FDA/MQSA requirements for continuing education, experience and equipment.

Patient care
* Obtains complete clinical history, gathers examination data and assesses for contraindicating conditions.
* Ensures that all studies have proper patient identification and right and left marker are utilized appropriately.

The Polysomnography Tech 2, under the direction of the Manager, coordinates the daily operations of the Sleep Laboratory. Within this framework, responsible for monitoring and accessing Sleep Lab quality, policies and procedures, staff and equipment performance. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE ROLE
Performs polysomnographic studies in a clinical setting, including oxygen and nasal continuous positive airway pressure titrations.
Scores studies and formulates reports for physician interpretation. Documents all pertinent patient events according to department policy.
Communicates instructions, results, and relative information to patients, physicians, and family members.
Calibrates and performs routine and troubleshooting maintenance on equipment, contacting manufacturers for repairs as needed. Notifies proper personnel for equipment problems. Cleans all equipment ensuring infection control.
Consults regularly with the Medical Director regarding patient studies.
Maintains standards for completeness of Continuous Quality Improvement and Quality Control measurements.
Orients and trains new Sleep Lab employees.
