I enjoy the size of the f my facility and have some very impressive co workers who work as hard as they can to care for their patients.
I feel that there is little guidance from administration until a new process is presented and enough is not done to explain why we need to change to the new process and how we will benefit from it in the end.
I enjoy working 3 12 hour shifts with occasional call or overtime if needed.
The experience, the learning. Working for the Residency program has been one of the most knowledgeable and greatest experiences in my career.

Friendly people, drs are nice, staff appears more like family instead of coworkers. Everyone seems to get along nice
