Product Testers are wanted to work from home nationwide in the US to fulfill upcoming contracts with national and international companies. We guarantee 15-25 hours per week with an hourly pay of between $25/hr. and $45/hr., depending on the In-Home Usage Test project. No experience required.
There is no payment required in order to apply or to work as an In-Home Usage Tester. You don't have to buy products or pay for shipping, everything is paid by our company. In-Home Usage Testers are considered independent contractors, we pay weekly every Wednesday by direct deposit or by cheque.

Main Duties:
Properly document In-Home Usage Tests as instructed in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule (screenshots, audio recordings, videos, product journal entries, etc.)
Take care of the product being tested and use it responsibly
Read and strictly follow the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule provided with each product testing project (may include tasks such as unpacking, reading instructions, journal entries, online or mobile feedback, usage of product for a certain amount of time, writing reviews, taking pictures, etc.)
Some In-Home Usage Tests projects may require participants to use MFour's Mobile In-Home Use Test Technology (cutting-edge smartphone technology to capture Point-of-Emotion insights to gain unparalleled depth of responses)
There are times when the product being tested may be discussed in a private chat room that is opened by a market research firm
Write reviews as requested in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule for each project

Overseer Board
While the ECEFC is congregational in its form in the sense that all leaders are accountable to the
congregation, the administrative responsibilities and authority of the congregation are delegated to the Overseer Board. A member may not be elected for more than two three-year consecutive terms and must not be a board member for at least one year before being eligible again. The Senior Pastor is a voting member of the Overseer Board.
The Candidate
The Senior Pastor shall know Christ as his personal Savior and be living an exemplary life in accordance with scriptural guidelines for church leaders. He will be sound in his faith and doctrine and qualified to preach and teach the Word of God as led by the Holy Spirit.
The Senior Pastor is hired by the congregation. The Pastor and the Overseer Board, led by the Holy Spirit are together responsible for the spiritual direction and vision of the church. The Appraiser is responsible for the appraisal and classification of residential, agricultural and income producing properties through physical inspections to establish a market value for real estate tax purposes. Processes and verifies certificates of real estate value for sales ratio studies and for property appraisal purposes.

Job Summary
Supervises a therapy services department; develops and implements overall therapy policies, procedures, services and programs. Develops and implements overall designated therapy setting's rehabilitation policies and procedures and treatment protocols consistent with the health care facility's vision, mission and strategic plan. Supervises and expands health rehabilitation teams and programs to ensure efficient and effective operations in the rehabilitation services department. Participates in the measurement, assessment and improvement of rehabilitation services and programs to produce quality patient/resident care with optimal patient/resident outcomes. Provides input for the annual operating and capital expenditure budgets for the rehabilitation services department. Assists and encourages in the contribution of strategic planning, day-to-day operations and attainment of the strategic initiatives of the organization.
Provides day-to-day work guidance for a team or work group often in a shift and/or in the completion of tactical processes. Uses a combination of knowledge and experience to provide technical direction. Performs staff work in their area of expertise along with providing formal leadership and provide patient/resident care to meet department needs. Accountable for expense management and team financial/quality/service/ efficiency targets. Aware of budget targets and team's impact to achievement of financial goals. Has discretion over limited expenditures for the work unit.
Plans, organizes and delivers specialized therapy programs that help clients/patients/residents recover and improve their mobility, relieve pain, and increase strength. Conducts examinations, evaluations, and interventions patients/residents who are affected by injury or disease. Utilizes tools and techniques to administer therapy interventions following safeguards. Documents client's/patient's/resident's information for evaluation; establishes therapeutic plans and modifies them if necessary. Educates clients/patients/residents and their family members about treatment plans/schedules and self-exercises to be continued at home. Knowledge of and utilizes appropriate age-related treatments and evaluations relating to the needs of clients/patients/residents.
Demonstrates and incorporate knowledge of current research into daily treatment of clients/patients/residents. May treat individuals of all ages with varying diagnosis and disorders. Will demonstrate documentation in accordance with departmental guidelines and meet all regulatory requirements. Demonstrates level of treatment associated with their specialty provided to their clients/patients/residents. Follows and adheres to accepted clinical practice guidelines of professional organization.
Qualifications
Appropriate education level required in accordance with state licensure.
Two years of experience in therapy and rehabilitation.
Requires current licensure as an Occupational, Physical, or Speech Therapist in state(s) of practice and/or possess multi-state licensure privileges as required by position. Basic Life Support (BLS) for health care providers required or within the first 60 days of employment.
When applicable, may require valid driver's license and expected to travel up to 50% of the time based on needs.

Job Summary
The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for utilizing the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care to patients/residents. Collaborates with patient/resident and family, other inter-disciplinary colleagues, including providers, to plan, implement and evaluate care. Demonstrates competency and practices within the full scope of nursing expertise/knowledge and utilizes appropriate age and population specific standards as designated in their assigned clinical setting. Cares for patients/residents in all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up for patients/residents in the home setting. Responsible for the coordination of care, patient/resident assessment, patient/resident education and various other nursing interventions.
May serve as charge nurse and delegate appropriate tasks to license and unlicensed assistive personnel that are within the job descriptions, skills, patient/resident care needs, and the competence level of the delegate. Provides adequate assistance and support to delegates to ensure safe, reliable administration of patient/resident care and resolution of care and service concerns. Functions within the scopes and standards of nursing practice as outlined in the Nurse Practice Act and Administrative Rules in state of practice and licensure. The internal Professional Nursing Practice recognizes the Scope and Standards of Practice and the Code of Ethics for Nurses with Interpretive Statements as published by the American Nurses Association as the foundation of nursing care delivery and professional conduct.
Qualifications
Graduate from an accredited nursing program preferred, including, but not limited to, American Association of Colleges of Nursing (AACN), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), and National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA). Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
One year of long term care, subacute care, medical/surgical experience preferred. Specific services/positions may have additional education, training, or experience requirements.
Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring and/or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state. Obtains and subsequently maintains required certifications and completes required CEU's and competency training.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Ensure all information on the route, weather, passengers, and aircraft is received. Using that information to create a flight plan which details the altitude for the flight, route to be taken and amount of fuel required.
Ensure the fuel levels balance safety with economy and supervising the loading and fueling of the aircraft.
Ensure all safety systems are working properly.
Carry out pre-flight checks on the navigation and operating systems.
Communicate with air traffic control before take-off and during flight and landing.
Ensure noise regulations are followed during take-off and landing.
Understand and interpret data from instruments and controls.
Make regular checks on the aircraft's technical performance and position, on weather conditions and air traffic during flight.
React quickly and appropriately to environmental changes and emergencies.
Update the aircraft logbook and write a report at the end of the flight noting any incidents or problems with the aircraft.
Responsible for performing light maintenance on the aircraft.
Responsible for the coordination of ground transportation in advance for passengers at the destination.
When not performing flight-related duties, you will learn Kahler systems, equipment, and processes, and assist field technicians on-site with the successful completion of commissioning or repair work.
