The Shipping Supervisor is responsible for processing all scheduled shipments, interfacing customers in regard to managing U.S. based orders and ensuring proper inventory levels are kept, avoiding production delays. Job Responsibilities:
Act as main point of contact for daily operations for assigned account(s) as related to order fulfillment
Supervise order fulfillment staff of 7+ employees to ensure duties are completed as specified
Support fulfillment staff as needed (working supervisory position)
Work with Kitting Supervisor to determine necessary production schedule to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Work with customer(s) directly and within systems to forecast inventory required for upcoming projects to ensure timely completion
Work within customer requirements to ensure orders are filled in appropriate order and timeline
Define, prepare, and generate reports on customer order KPIs
Handle all customer communication as related to order fulfillment
Contribute to customer specific action logs to ensure customer is appropriately informed of delays and reason behind it
Responsible for training and maintaining training records of fulfillment and inventory staff positions
Responsible for ensuring orders are shipped and inventory in appropriately tracked in company inventory system
Complete customer incident reports as related to errors in order fulfillment
Assist in production as required
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Ability to communicate with other team members and customers
Must be able to set up and help staff maintain appropriate production pace
• Must have 2+ years' experience in an active warehouse/distribution center utilizing a forklift and/or order picker
• Must be able to operate a computer, company systems (with training), and Microsoft Office to include Excel.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent industry experience of at least 3 years
3 years supervisory experience ability to collaborate, build and motivate teams, and multi-task
Good analytical skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Experience in distribution and/or pick/pack preferred

This position is focused in castings, receiving inspection and supplier source inspection. It will also support others in the qualifying of our suppliers in regards to casting.
Position Overview:
The Supplier Quality Analyst - Castings, is responsible for inspection of purchased castings. They are also the supplier support to the team responsible for the design, manufacture, assembly and testing of internally manufactured products and purchased parts. In addition, they support issues such as MRB review, Cost Out, Reduction in DPPM, and Improvement Initiatives. They are responsible for supporting the procurement process by understanding, communicating, and reacting to quality requirements relative to all products and suppliers who provide purchased materials and processes to the Eaton manufacturing site. These purchase subcomponents and processes are used to support the design, manufacture, sale, and service of Eaton Corporation's products to the Aerospace Industry.
In this role, you will:
* Perform inspection of purchased castings at Eaton receiving inspection or supplier source inspection.
* Maintain accurate records to comply with company and customer record retention requirements
* Drive reductions in Defective Parts Per Million (DPPM), Scrap and improvement in First Pass Yield (FPY) of purchased products.
* Support response to customer requested corrective action and support of customers regarding purchased materials.
* Support operations through timely disposition of supplier related nonconforming materials found during manufacturing and requiring corrective actions to avoid recurrence.

What you'll do:
The Fuel and Motion Control Systems Division of Eaton's Aerospace Group has an opening for an NDT Operator. This position is based in Euclid, OH.
The Euclid facility has approximately 400 employees and is a leader in the design, development, manufacture and delivery of Aerospace Fuel Pumping components, systems and services to the global aftermarket and OEM markets.
Out of state candidates willing to relocate to OH will be considered.
Essential Functions:
* Perform various Non-Destructive Testing such as, Florescent Penetrant Inspection (FPI) and Pressure Testing
* Maintain certification in good standing per responsible level III
* Set up and conduct processes involving liquid penetrants and chemical etch inspection to detect, evaluate, and report on defects such as, porosity, cracks, and other discontinuities. NAS STD 410 and ASTME 1417.
* Set up, adjust, and control electronic equipment such as ultraviolet devices to evaluate material contents, bonds, surface and sub-surface flows and discontinuities to the specifications outlined by written procedure or verbal instruction.
* Oversee training of less experienced employees in FPI techniques
* Must apply basic math skills, read and interpret complex blueprints and geometric symbols to identify inspection requirements, and select proper measuring devices.
* Ability to read and understand specifications, SOPs and acceptance criteria
* Perform necessary part marking
* Generate and maintain all required logs and records as prescribed by customer or MIL Specs including lab reports, logbooks, non-conformance reports (NCRs), records, etc.
* May be required to set-up and perform pressure testing on a variety of parts per standard operating procedures
* Maintain all required logs, documents, and records as required by the Certified Operator Program
* Move material within the cell
* Perform minor machine maintenance
* Perform more than one operation at a time as directed by the supervisor
* Burr work internal to the cycle as needed
* Perform local etch prior to re-inspection, if needed
Qualifications:
* Must have at least one (1) year FPI inspection experience
* High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution
* Relocation within the US will be considered; no relocation benefit are provided
* This position requires use of information or access to hardware which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). * Become certified FPI Level II inspector within 12 months (provided training is made available)
* An employee who fails the Level II FPI Certification may have the opportunity to re-test after the completion of an additional documented 200 hours of training or less, as deemed necessary by the responsible level III.
* Complete an Eaton approved training program within 30 days.
* Pass an Eaton vision test.
