The Customer Service Supervisor leads a team of Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) in our contact center. Focused on Aftermarket phone and email support, this role ensures team goals and service standards are consistently met through close collaboration with internal partners, including Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Operations, to drive process adherence, cross-functional alignment, and continuous improvement that delivers distinctive value.
General Responsibilities
* Supervise daily operations of the Customer Service team, including scheduling, workflow management, and service level compliance.
* Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to CSRs to support development and maximize performance.
* Conduct performance appraisals, manage recognition programs, and participate in hiring and onboarding.
* Ensure accurate time and attendance tracking and maintain proper documentation.
* Support escalated customer issues and ensure timely, effective resolution in collaboration with internal partners.
* Monitor and report on operational metrics; identify and implement process improvements.
* Ensure team members are properly trained and equipped with the tools and resources needed to succeed.

* Assist in the development and implementation of procedures that align with departmental and company goals.
* Provide backup support for cross-functional Customer Service functions as needed.
* Participate in cross-functional initiatives and special projects, especially related to technology enhancements.
Required Experience and Education
* Bachelor's Degree in business or related discipline preferred or equivalent professional experience.
* Minimum of 3 years of supervisor experience in customer service or a contact center environment.
* Demonstrated excellence in current position for internal candidates.
* Experience with SAP and FSM preferred.
* Familiarity with Esker, Calabrio, Cisco, or other CCaaS platforms preferred.
* Experience with AI in contact centers and CCaaS expertise strongly preferred.

The Experienced Shop Representative will function within a team to assemble and manage the production from receiving parts to shipping finished machines.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
* High school diploma, GED or equivalent
* Technical Degree within a related field from an accredited institution or 2-5 years of related mechanical assembly experience
* Must be familiar with a variety of concepts, practices, and procedures within mechanical and electrical assembly
* History of continuous improvement within previous positions
* Related manufacturing experience is preferred

As the Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Lead you will be responsible for the development and implementation of Environmental, Health, Safety policies and procedures at the corporate headquarters, innovation center (IC), as well as at the IPC-Eagle site. **What you'll do:**
The Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting customers, distributors, and sales representative organizations by promptly handling all complex engineered project orders submitted for the filtration product lines. Orders managed by the Project Coordinator are technically and administratively complex, often require interaction with the customer, and require consistent administration that ranges from weeks to months from the time an order is received until it is shipped.

- Reviews production schedules covering all phases of the order through Engineering, Credit and Manufacturing with the customer. As required, schedules customer meetings during the initial order review, during the drawing approval process as well as during the manufacturing portion of the job.
- Advises the Technical Sales team when customer changes have been made during the drawing approval process and assists in determining when these changes require corresponding price adjustment.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
This role is eligible for a $2,000 sign-on bonus
* Manage a high volume of incoming phone and electronic requests for part orders, service requests, and product information from internal and external customers in an accurate and efficient manner.
* Provide customer support primarily through incoming phone calls, with additional responsibilities that may include email and/or online chat support.
* Field requests from a diverse customer base to include government, end-users, distributors, nationwide Fortune 500 busiensses, internal sales and service representatives
* Communicate and follow through with internal and external customers with a focus on urgency, documentation, quality and customer satisfaction
* Understand Tennant products and service to expertly advise customer of all required purchase order information
* Adhere to all documented procedures related to orders, quotes and service inquiries
* Effectively own and manage daily open orders, billing blocks, and service notification reports
* Effectively resolve customer inquiries, quote, order and general requests, while balancing customer and company needs, including:
* Electronic requests for W9, SDS, POD, certificates of insurance, part identification and vendor information requests
* Status of part and service orders, shipment tracking information, back orders, purchase order confirmations
* Navigating and troubleshooting all inquiries submitted through company online purchasing website
* Partner within Customer Service teams to build effective relationships with other internal departments to include Sales, Service, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Marketing and Legal
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:
* High school diploma or equivalent
* 0-2 years experience in a customer contact center environment preferred
* SAP and/or FSM ERP systems and Cisco soft phone experience preferred
* Excellent keyboard skills, particularly adept at multitasking while engaging with customers over the phone
* Intermediate PC and PC applications skills (Microsoft)
* Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook
* Experience working in a multi-application and dual monitor environment

Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $35,900 Salary Min - $53,800 Annualized. The starting hourly rate for the position is $20/hr.

The Development Partner, Robotics is a dedicated, execution-focused resource accountable for driving the initiation, negotiation, and closure of robotics opportunities within segmented strategic accounts and target verticals. This role is vital for scaling the TNC Robotics (TNCR) commercial capability and capacity, especially in environments where the robotics sales cycle is typically longer and requires specialized knowledge. The specialist acts as a dedicated Robotics Subject Matter Expert (SME) to hunt for net new customers and partner with Core Sales to convert existing customers.
Key Responsibilities
The Development Partner, Robotics is accountable for executing the strategy required to expand the opportunity funnel and increase the conversion rate for robotics:
* Target Prioritization: Prioritize, identify, and engage on automation projects to win new Robotics Strategic Account business.
* Sales Strategy: Works independently to establish selling strategies and tactics that result in new projects, pilots, and business generation within segmented strategic account business and verticals.
* Negotiation and Win: Leads the negotiation and partners to win new Robotics Strategic Account business.
* Funnel Management: Maintains an active opportunity funnel and provides guidance on the forecast against annual sales targets.
* Robotics Strategy Development: Develops and executes Robotics strategies that analyze and reflect an understanding of customer needs, emerging trends, critical opportunities, and metrics that will increase sales, expand market share, and improve profitability.
* Market Knowledge: Maintains a strong knowledge of all products, services and applications within the robot portfolio.
* Reporting: Provides accurate business and market forecasts and communicates effectively with management regarding the progress and impact of Robotic strategic accounts.
* Core Sales Collaboration: Partners with Core Sales to convert existing customers. Effectively collaborates with all internal partners to leverage the collective strength of the organization and exceed current and prospective customer's needs and expectations.
* Knowledge Multiplication: Supports the Core Sales by delivering Webinars, workshops, and events to multiply knowledge per vertical. Engages in thought leadership, best practice sharing, and technical training as required for the commercial sales organization.
* Account Management Support: Conducts reviews with account managers focusing on Robotics progress and development, changing customer needs, problems, obstacles, new partnership opportunities, and improved measures.
Education & Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
* Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
* Experience: A minimum of 7-10 years of experience is preferred, demonstrating success in strategic sales, business development, or supporting technically complex products or robotics/technology sectors.
