Mr. Lissalde has been President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company since August 2018. He was Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the Company from January 2018 to July 2018. From May 2013 to December 2017, he was Vice President of the Company and President and General Manager of BorgWarner Turbo Systems LLC. Mr. Lissalde’s experience includes the integration of purchased companies, and the closing, opening, and restructuring of plants around the world. He formerly served as a board member of CLEPA (European Automotive Suppliers’ Association), based in Brussels, Belgium. Prior to joining BorgWarner, Mr. Lissalde held positions at Valeo and ZF in the areas of program management, engineering, operations, and sales in the United Kingdom, Japan, and France.
