RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Perform all tasks involved in the production of rotator assemblies.
* Understand and follow all standard operating procedures concerning safety, quality, packaging, labeling, logging in shop order numbers, TPM, OEE, etc.
* Operate an automatic assembly machine.
* Perform station checks to ensure that all inspection stations are working properly and escalate issues as necessary.
* Understand the 25% rule of crimp station. Perform only simple adjustments to driver.
* Report defective materials to inspector or Supervisor.
* Safely operate required material handling equipment.
* Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follow prescribed safety rules.
* Responsible for inspecting machines and electrical equipment and carry out preventive maintenance to ensure that machines remain operational.
* Carry out routine servicing of equipment as part of measures to prevent breakdowns and malfunctions, which could prevent production activities.
* Demonstrate understanding of lot traceability requirements.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS

+ Design, purchase, and implement packaging for each part used within the plant.

Program location

Your day-to-day
Project assignments and rotations within the program will be in areas such as:
