Your responsibilities will include
* Design, purchase, and implement packaging for each part used within the plant.

* Ensure accurate weekly payroll approvals, including verification of codes, overtime, & attendance records.

* Generate & analyze reports to identify trends & root causes.
* Utilize advanced Excel functions or payroll analysis & data-driven decision-making.

Job Requirements:
* Minimum of 2-4 years' HR/Payroll experience in a manufacturing environment
* Education minimum of a 4-year degree (BA or BS) in applicable area or education/ experience equivalent
* System experience: ADP, SAP, HRIS, Teams, PowerPoint, advanced Excel skills
* Required skills/competencies: excellent time management skills, ability to meet strict deadlines, attention to detail & first time accuracy, priority setting, excellent organizational skills, rigorous problem solving, analyze data, effective communication & excellent interpersonal skills, ability to influence without authority.

**This role in summary**
We're looking for Material Handlers to operate power vehicle equipment in accordance with company regulations, requirements and safety instructions. Follow standard delivery schedules/routes throughout the plant. Perform routine maintenance and equipment reporting as required. Our material handlers include material tugger drivers, forklift operators, line side kitters, supermarket pickers, clamp and reach truck drivers.
Wage rate is $20.25 an hour. 3rd shift premum is $1.00 per hour.
**Your responsibilities will include**
+ Receives verbal or written instruction from departmental supervisor, area supervisor, or expeditors as to work assignments.
+ Must be able to communicate and receive communications regarding safety components and job instruction.
+ Works from printed/digital manifest for picking orders.
+ Picks up, transports, and positions or tiers a variety of parts or materials as directed.
+ As required, selects, hunts, or sorts material to be moved.
+ Returns empty containers of various types to predetermined locations.
+ Submits written reports pertaining to condition of vehicle, I.e. gas, water, oil, hydraulic pressure, general operating condition, etc.
+ Changes propane gas tanks as required, uses correct clamping pressure, following established procedures.
+ Exercises care of product quality in transporting or stacking material.
+ Transports, changes, moves, loads, or unloads material from container to container or forks as required, manually or utilizing material handling equipment.
+ Does miscellaneous off truck material handling as required.
+ Must work the required number of hours as determined by department, shift and position.
+ Performs duties of a similar or lesser skill to facilitate the flow of work in the department.

Job Purpose
This position is located in Napoleon, Ohio. The facility is a Dana Final Assembly plant for Ford Bronco and Ranger products.

* Oversee, provide leadership for and coordinate activities for production within the plant to ensure quality and productivity measurements are acceptable.

**Function Overview:**
Currently, we are seeking qualified candidates for a General Accountant opening to join our Ottawa manufacturing plant finance team. As a part of our team you'll maintain plant scrap / scrap sales and usage analysis, cost deployment activities, utilities analysis, obsolescence analysis and other ad hoc requests. **Responsibilities:**
+ Perform daily & weekly labor hours reporting and distribute to people leaders.
+ Ad-hoc reporting and analysis related to labor hours including Hours Per Equivalent Unit (HPEU), Overtime, Absenteeism, variances from forecast, etc...
+ Analyze temp agency invoices for discrepancies vs Kronos
+ Standardize weekly/daily work to provide fast reporting and ability to take on value added projects and analysis
+ Execute month end journal entries in SAP and balance sheet account reconciliations to labor, scrap, scrap sales, usage, obsolescence and utilities
+ Assist with various annual profit plan reports and analysis
+ Assist in Cost Deployment activities

**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Associates Degree in Accounting, Business, HR or related field OR

Our Ottawa Materials team is looking for a Packaging Improvement Coordinator for 1st Shift 6am-2:30pm.

**Your responsibilities will include**
+ Design, purchase, and implement packaging for each part used within the plant.
+ Abide by all Whirlpool packaging standards spelled out in the Whirlpool Packaging Manual.
+ Work with New Model Planning and external materials teams on new parts or changing parts that will be introduced to the plant.
+ Work with WO to determine optimal lineside packaging solutions.
+ Implement Kaizens for cost savings projects.
+ Build business cases for RVP (returnable vendor packaging) which include obtaining cost quotes from various vendors, freight cost and fleet size analysis, piece price changes, and other attributable savings and costs.
+ Conduct line trials on various packaging changes.
+ Communication of packaging change management to the plant.
+ Resolve issues with shortages in the various RVP fleets.
+ Approve or deny packaging deviations sent by suppliers when they are short RVP.
+ Work with suppliers and Penske to resolve freight damage issues related to packaging design.
+ Ensure packaging fulfillment metric for returning the correct amount of empty RVP back to suppliers.
+ Ownership of Whirlpack data and working with suppliers to ensure compliance.
+ PFEP process and data ownership, ensuring compliance both internally and externally.
+ RVP cycle counting and inventory tracking.
+ Creating RVP shipments based on demand from Whirlpack.
+ Manage RFID tracking process.Lead and Participate in packaging related initiatives that support material flow throughout the supply chain.
+ Other tasks related to packaging, material flow, or supporting the Materials Engineering Team as assigned by your People Leader.
