Tennessee Community Services Agency is seeking a full time Forensic Social Worker for the 12th Judicial District. The 12th Judicial District covers the following Tennessee counties:
Bledsoe, Franklin, Grundy, Marion, Rhea, and Sequatchie.
General duties include:
Complete client needs assessments using therapeutic modalities for clients referred by attorneys of the 12th Judicial District Public Defender's Office.
Develop individualized recommendations to address identified client service needs.
Provide linkage to substance abuse and mental health treatment services.
Assist clients with accessing housing, employment, and educational resources.
Prepare release plans and alternative sentencing plans, as applicable.
Provide general case management services.
Engage clients in local jails, the Public Defender's Office, and the community to establish supportive relationships.
Monitor resource utilization and assess overall client stability.
Provide crisis intervention and supportive counseling, as needed.
Conduct six-month and one-year follow-up contacts to track recidivism outcomes and report program data.
Position Expectations:
Client transportation is not required.
On-call status is not required.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Education: Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) preferred.
Candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Social Work will be considered if currently enrolled in an MSW program and scheduled to graduate by June 30, 2026.
Skills and Abilities: Demonstrated strong work habits with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Organization: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Technical Skills: Working knowledge of computer hardware and proficiency in standard software applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, internet usage, and email.

The successful Sales Manager will build out their own team of sales professionals and will share in their success as well.
CLASSIFICATION
This is an exempt salary position with compensation based on experience. It will be a combination of salary plus the potential for performance bonuses.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Develops annual sales plans with Owner or General Manager, detailing activities to follow during the fiscal year, which will focus the position on meeting or exceeding sales quota.
2. Build a successful sales staff that meets the plan and ensures property training of their assigned staff.
3. Demonstrate the ability to carry on a business conversation with business owners and decision makers.
4. Consultatively sell and make recommendations to prospects and clients using various products and Brand Standards.
5 Identify sales prospects and contact these using a “drill down” and “share of wallet” concept.
6. Develop and maintain a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, face to face cold calling on business owners, direct mail, email, and networking.
7. Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from telephone, marketing, and field activity.
8. Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities within their assigned territory, including the use of a Contact Management program to maintain accurate records to maximize territory potential.
9. Develop a complete understanding of pricing and proposal models
10. Complete all paperwork and follow established center procedures from initiation through completion of a project (i.e., Work Order, credit approvals, POS entry, pre-payment collection, artwork approval, delinquent account collection, reporting).
11. Prepare presentations, estimates and sales contracts.
12. Establish and maintain estimate follow-up procedures.
13. Prepare status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals for weekly sales meetings.
14. Assist in the implementation of company marketing plans as needed.
15. Carry out market research; i.e. competitive shops and customer surveys
16. Identify and resolve customer satisfaction issues.
17. Establish and maintain effective team relationships with all support departments.
18. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes.
19. Participate in and practice the brand mentality of “Everybody Sells”. Constantly be looking for sales opportunities for the center.
20. Serve as a backup for answering the phone if the owner, manager and sales/service employees are busy assisting other customers.
21. Assist at the front counter as needed.
22. Understand the sales process enough to consult with customers to determine project needs and solutions.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Participate in networking and marketing events such as seminars, referral groups, trade shows, and telemarketing programs.
2. Assist in collection of account receivables.
3. Coordinate shipping schedules and delivery of merchandise and services.
4. Conduct and/or supervise minor installations (i.e., RTA).
5. Coordinate various tasks & scheduling activities to ensure quality project management.
WORKING CONDITIONS
1. Working conditions are normal for an office and a light manufacturing environment. Reports to owner or site General Manager.
