The big picture: What our meter technicians do Our Meter Technicians install, maintain, and repair Conservice submeters, allowing our billing team to accurately track and bill utility usage by the unit or individual apartment. Perform routine maintenance and inspection of submeters to ensure accurate measurement and proper functioning.
