Responsibilities:
We have developed our expertise through extensive work in sell‑side, buy‑side and divestiture assignments on behalf of portfolio companies of private equity funds, closely held businesses and publicly traded companies.
Work on a variety of transactions in all stages, from initial client pitches to transaction closings

Job Dimensions:
Supervisory Responsibility - The Operations Supervisor is accountable for the safety, productivity, and culture of construction crew(s), linemen, and servicemen assigned to a particular district office.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education:

Experience:
Must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in one or more of the following electric utility roles: lineman, engineering, safety, substation maintenance, control center operator, meter technician, or equivalent technician/electrician in the electric utility industry. Less experience in the electric utility industry with post-secondary degrees of education and certifications will also be considered. Prior supervisory experience preferred.
Certification/License, etc.:
Certificates and/or licenses relevant to utilities, such as the TVPPA Certified Power Supervisor (CPSv) certificate, TVPPA Advanced Lineworker (AdvLC) certificate, TVPPA Distribution System Operator (DSO) Certificate, etc. are preferred. Class A or B Commercial Driver's License is preferred. Must be eligible and remain insured as a driver by the Cooperative's group liability policy for the automotive fleet.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
An understanding of the electric utility industry and line work procedures is required. Aptitude to gain an in-depth knowledge of the business and financial functions related to the electric utility business model. Possesses excellent oral and written communications skills and ability to deal with a variety of internal and external contacts. Phenomenal listening skills with high observation prowess. Manages the accounting flow of capital/plant operations of the Cooperative. Responsible for processing work orders to ensure proper inventory and asset allocations. Ensures the accuracy and completion of cooperative plant accounting records. Prepares and coordinates the requests for reimbursements related to FEMA and mutual aid storm events. Initiates and monitors damage billing reimbursements related to theft and damages to cooperative assets.

5. Maintains work order unit costs and overhead rate calculations to ensure correct standards.
6. Ensures compliance with RUS loan disbursement requirements by compiling and transmitting pertinent detailed supporting documentation for cooperative construction expenditures.
7. Prepares and posts journal entries as needed.
8. Prepares miscellaneous invoices for construction projects to ensure collection for Cooperative expenses.

Coordinate with clients to complete audits, inspections and site visits in both rural and industrial settings to evaluate environmental compliance with federal, state and local regulations.
Prepare compliance reports and documentation for submission to regulatory agencies.
Work closely with emergency response managers by responding, overseeing and coordinating emergency response activities.
Ensure all projects comply with regulations, such as NEPA, Clean Water Act, and Endangered Species Act.
Fieldwork & Data Collection
Coordinate and supervise field teams during environmental monitoring, sampling, and assessments.
Have the ability to manage projects on land or on the water, in adverse weather, rough terrain, and emergency conditions.
Ensure that all fieldwork follows company safety protocols and regulatory standards.
Team Leadership & Coordination
Lead a team of environmental scientists and technicians, providing mentorship and technical guidance.
Collaborate with other internal departments, such as engineering, restoration, and natural resources, to ensure seamless project integration.

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in environmental science, Ecology, Environmental Engineering, or related field. An associate's degree with proven experience in environmental compliance will be entertained.
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in environmental consulting or project management.
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing field or project scope.
Familiarity with environmental remediation projects and techniques including soil classification.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to make critical decisions under pressure.
Previous experience in a consulting environment and proven experience in managing environmental projects
Knowledge of federal and state environmental regulations (NEPA, Clean Water Act, etc.).
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present technical information to clients and regulators.

Work Environment
This candidate is expected to come into the Stow, Ohio office daily to assist staff and project workload. Remote and work from home may occur as needed and with pre-approval from their manager. For any remote work uninterrupted home-based internet is a must in your home to attend and host video calls, along with a minimum bandwidth speed of 20 mbps.

The big picture: What our meter technicians do
Our Meter Technicians install, maintain, and repair Conservice submeters, allowing our billing team to accurately track and bill utility usage by the unit or individual apartment.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Install, program, and configure submeters and related communication systems in multifamily homes, apartment complexes, and retail areas.
Perform routine maintenance and inspection of submeters to ensure accurate measurement and proper functioning.
Ensure communications systems are functioning properly and perform routine maintenance as needed.
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues related to submeter performance, connectivity, or data transmission.
Conduct repairs and replacements of faulty or malfunctioning submeters as needed.
Calibrate and test submeters to ensure accurate and reliable measurement of water consumption.
Regularly climb ladders and work at heights to access water submeters in ceilings or other elevated locations.
Lift and move equipment and materials weighing 50+ pounds during installation and maintenance tasks.
Collaborate with property owners, managers, and retail store staff to address questions, concerns, or complaints related to water submetering.
Educate property staff, residents, and retail employees on the operation and functionality of water submeters.
Monitor and analyze consumption data to detect anomalies, leaks, or abnormal usage patterns.
Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and maintenance activities as well as make required updates to communication systems.
Keep abreast of industry trends, advancements, and best practices in submetering technology.
Adhere to safety guidelines and procedures while working with water submeters.
Must hold a current, valid driver's license and have a clean driving record
Schedule:
Monday through Friday - 8 hour shifts
Saturdays may be required as needed, based on the workload.
