Conduct soccer sessions for children 2 to 8 years old, including field set-up and take-down.

More specifically, it is an instructor's responsibility to manage and direct all duties related to the operation of a Soccer Shots session, including, but not limited to, the following:
Preparation:
Attends coaches meeting at beginning of the season
Reviews online curriculum (prepared for you ahead of time, and aligned with Ohio early education standards)
Maintains equipment in proper condition and arrives on time to set up field for session
Coaching:
Ensures the safety and well-being of every child
For childcare sites, gathers children from classroom and returns after the session (note: for public location, no pick-up/drop-off required)
Follows proper on-site protocol for each location, as prepared and provided by Soccer Shots supervisor
Conducts fun and positive 30- to 40-minute sessions, following the weekly Soccer Shots curriculum
Communication/Administration:
Communicates in a timely fashion with the supervisor about any changes, challenges, or important information
Completes the online attendance sheet for each session
Submits timesheet per payroll policy
Returns equipment and leftover supplies to the supervisor upon completion of each season
Schedule/Hours
We run our program primarily on weekday mornings at preschools and childcare centers, weekday evenings at parks and churches, and Saturday mornings & afternoons at parks and churches. We have programs across the Greater Cleveland Area. There is flexibility in which you can provide the days and times you wish to coach if hired. Please note that once you are assigned your days & times of the week, that schedule will be consistent for the entirety of the season (8-12 weeks).
Role/Classification
The job description above is a part-time position requiring fewer than 30 hours of work per week. Soccer Shots programs are offered during select weeks of the year, thus the employment is also seasonal. Employment as a coach for any particular season does not guarantee employment following the end of that season. All employment is at-will.
In addition to the above hiring will be based on FBI & BCI Fingerprint results.

JOB SUMMARY
The Strength and Conditioning Coach will develop, implement, and supervise comprehensive strength and conditioning programs for Cleveland State Community College's current varsity sports teams include men's and women's basketball, baseball, softball, volleyball, and golf, along with any additional sports teams introduced at the college.
The coach will ensure individualized, sport-specific training that prioritizes student-athlete safety, injury prevention, and optimal performance in collaboration with athletic trainers and head coaches of each sports team.
This is a temporary part-time position requiring 10 hours of work per week over a 9-month contract term. The contract runs from August 1st to November 30th and from January 1st to May 31st. The months of December, June, and July are not included in the working schedule.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Design and oversee group and individual strength, speed, agility, and conditioning programs for all six athletics teams.
Supervise workouts to ensure correct technique and safety practices; integrate rehabilitation plans for injured or recovering athletes in coordination with the Athletic Trainer.
Monitor progress through standardized strength metrics, testing, and data tracking for each sport program.

Provide short-term, intensive, in-home services:
Provide interested families a series of one to two home visits each month and access to the full array of the six pillars (family coaching, parent education, basic life skills, financial literacy, service referrals, and concrete supports) of service delivery.
Serve as a Family Coach to develop a prevention services plan, outlining the families' goals and will utilize evidence-based programming to enhance the families' protective factors and increase the family's stability.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Any one position may not include all the listed duties, nor
do all the listed examples include all tasks which may be found in positions within this
classification)
Under the supervision of the Head Coach, assist in the following areas:
* Recruiting efforts
* Scheduling
* Supervision of students, student workers, athletes
* Marketing
* Facilities
* Game management
* Other duties as assigned to assist the coaching staff and Athletic Director
REQUIRED MINIMUM Qualifications
According to Ohio Christian University employment policy, all employees must possess a strong
Christian commitment and adhere to the standards outlined in the OCU Community Lifestyle
Statement.
* Education, Training and Experience:
o Bachelor's Degree
o Previous experience in athletics (event management, scheduling, media,
management of student workers, knowledge of sports and sporting events,
facilities)
o Experience in spiritual mentoring and development

EMPLOYMENT STATUS:
Temporary, part-time
POSITION SUMMARY
:
Coach the boys' lacrosse team.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Organize the practice sessions.
Coach the practice sessions and the scheduled meets.
Supervise students continuously while on duty, and require students to behave appropriately.
Distribute, collect and inventory the equipment.
Communicate effectively and work cooperatively with students, staff, parents and community members.
Serve as a role model for student athletes in the promotion and practice of sportsmanship, ethical principles and responsible behavior.
Observe all safety and health regulations of the school district.
Follow the Athletic Director's rules and the applicable rules in the middle school student handbook.
Maintain the locker room facilities.
OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Other duties may be assigned by the Middle School Athletic Director or the Middle School Principal.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Pupil Activity Supervisor Validation.
CPR certification with mandatory annual review.

This is not a home health aide or home sitter position a Job Coach mission is to empower individuals through direct coaching, self advocacy, and to support individuals in building employment skills, achieving employment goals, and increasing their employment independence.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver direct job coaching and skills training in competitive integrated employment, including learning how to do a new job or learn new skills at current job.
Follow and implement Individual Service Plans (ISPs) tailored to each person's support services.
Complete accurate and timely documentation (within 24 hours) of services provided and client progress.
Maintain and promote the rights, dignity, and choices of each individual served.
Assist with administrative tasks (e.g. completing reports, preparing documents) as needed.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Availability for rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends
