Qualifications: * Previous coaching experience at the high school level or higher is highly preferred * Strong communication and organizational skills * Ability to build a positive team culture and effectively manage practice and match schedules * Must meet all OHSAA and district coaching requirements (including, but not limited to, background check, CPR certification, and Pupil Activity Permit) Responsibilities: * Plan and conduct practices that develop players' skills and understanding of the game * Coordinate and supervise matches, tournaments, and team events * Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, and school staff * Ensure compliance with all school, district, and OHSAA policies

    Beechmont Racquet and Fitness is one of the marquee clubs in the Greater Cincinnati Tennis Association. Located on the east side of Cincinnati, Beechmont has eight indoor lighted hard courts. This leads to all kinds of teaching opportunities to all kinds of ages and skill levels. Job Description: Assist professional staff with instructing tennis, including all ages and ability. Proficiently demonstrate playing technique at a high level. Provide private instruction and clinics for players as assigned and work to build and maintain a client base for ongoing lessons. Assist with the organization and management of special events/tournaments as needed. Ability to effectively communicate with other staff members and management. Ideal candidate is also available to work the occasional night or weekend as many people work/go to school so that is the best time for them to get a lesson. Qualifications: PTA/ PTR certification is a plus Prior coaching/ playing experience is preferred Compensation/Benefits: Compensation will be based primarily on teaching ability and utility to the club. Certifications and advanced playing credentials will be considered.
