A set schedule, $2 shift differential for working nights.

Terrible infrastructure, preventative maintenance is a myth so things are constantly breaking or operating at a minimum percent, largely understaffed so you end up working by yourself doing a 2 or 3 person job especially in the assembly position.

It mostly pays the bills and night shift is chill.

I dont know Stuart nor have I ever spoken to him. I have no input. Mr Morris over plant 5 is an absolute tool though and has run off more people than I can count.

Preventative maintenance, more active QA team, better training for fabrication, raises that match the cost of living increases.

Went through a temp agency so I didn't have one.

Middle of the road. Definitely not the lowest amount but for all the record profits they keep telling us they made they sure haven't paid us much more.

They will hire quite literally anybody. I have seen developmentally and physically disabled people here as well as representatives from every race and religion I can think of. If you can breathe you can work here.

Going home at the end of the day. I used to take pride in quality of work but they've shown me over the years that quantity is the more important thing.

Multiple plants unlike most companies you can job bid elsewhere and keep seniority and employment potential for decent pay if you can stand strong they will put you through it

Relentless at times hrs workload job required are going to change often favortism hard work doesn't always win the race

Poor management, high turnover rate, no appreciation for hard workers

Overtime that's all that's good about this place

People are great. Learned a lot

They didn't pay very well. No incentive to stay.

The freedom to take time off when I wanted.
