Working 96 hour weeks as mandatory OT for nearly 2 months, made for a healthy paycheck before taxes

How would you improve Tension's culture?

Oversight of management activities. Health concerns for placing sharpened metal near non mechanically inclined workers. PPE being provided for chemical cleaners.

What do you like best about Tension's CEO and the leadership team?

They were often not around leaving plenty of opportunities to learn without pressure or fear of mistakes being made

I reviewed the sights open information as well as read the requirements for the open positions.
