In this role, you will ensure efficient and accurate handling of our products, from receiving to delivery, while leading and supporting your team to achieve operational goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse management and a commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and quality. Responsibilities in this role: Oversee warehouse functions and staff responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing, and delivering products. Manage the unloading process for incoming shipments and ensure proper inspection and documentation of all products. Utilize a hand-held scanner to accurately log received products into our inventory system, including recording barcodes on serialized items. Confirm packing slips prior to loading products onto outbound delivery trucks. Perform regular inventory cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels. Communicate effectively with truck drivers and helpers to ensure timely deliveries. Ensure the cleanliness, safety, and maintenance of the delivery fleet. Act as a backup to the Manager of Operations and Logistics when necessary. What You'll Bring to the Team: 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
