We are currently hiring a Warehouse Lead to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse team. In this role, you will ensure efficient and accurate handling of our products, from receiving to delivery, while leading and supporting your team to achieve operational goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse management and a commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
Responsibilities in this role:
Oversee warehouse functions and staff responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing, and delivering products.
Manage the unloading process for incoming shipments and ensure proper inspection and documentation of all products.
Utilize a hand-held scanner to accurately log received products into our inventory system, including recording barcodes on serialized items.
Confirm packing slips prior to loading products onto outbound delivery trucks.
Perform regular inventory cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels.
Communicate effectively with truck drivers and helpers to ensure timely deliveries.
Ensure the cleanliness, safety, and maintenance of the delivery fleet.
Act as a backup to the Manager of Operations and Logistics when necessary.

to perform general manual labor tasks including loading, unloading, lifting, and carrying.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform repetitive and non-repetitive physical duties that require lifting, pushing/pulling, stretching, bending and sitting.
Assist driver with locating the proper delivery locations
Verify products and piece counts during unloading and delivery
Read and comprehend delivery instructions and memos
Practice safe and secure material handling methods using delivery hand trucks
Deliver merchandise in a timely and safe manner to “customer specific locations” within schools and businesses without damage to the product
Return all signed packing slips to the driver after the delivery is complete
Help keep trucks and all associated equipment clean, organized and in proper working order; report any problems to management immediately

About the role - CDL Class B Driver (Bloomsburg, PA)
We are excited to announce an opportunity at Orica for a CDL Class B Driver within our Orica USA Commercial team.
This role will be responsible for driving and operating Orica's bulk trucks (Mobile Manufacturing Units) and installing blasting products for our customers at local construction sites, mines, and quarries as well as being accountable for the upkeep and maintenance of the equipment.
This is a hybrid role that consists of approximately 40% driving and 60% physical work related to the installation of blasting products. Responsibilities include loading products, driving a Class B CDL truck, pulling hoses, operating manufacturing units control systems, and climbing on and off the bulk truck in various weather conditions.
Additionally, this role will operate equipment to provide blasting products while assisting in delivering a high-quality service of bulk explosives to customers. We prioritize safety and strive to ensure that all operations are conducted in a safe and environmentally responsible manner at all times.
Work schedule
Monday thru Friday
Local driving (2-3 hours)
Early morning starts (2:30 AM - 3:30 AM)
Approximately 10-12 hours per day
Overtime may be needed
Up to 10% overnight travel may be required
What you will be doing
This is a hybrid role that consists of 40% driving and 60% physical work
Pre-trip and post-trip inspection of vehicles, including checking and filling fluid levels
Ability to safely hook up and unhook trailers
Drives emulsion tanker trucks and box trucks
Ensure raw materials and dangerous goods are used, handled, and stored according to requirements
Ensure minimum damage to the environment through waste minimization and control
Report all unusual incidents and accidents immediately
Participate in daily toolbox talks and monthly safety meetings
What you will bring
At least one year of experience driving and/or handling materials preferred
Knowledgeable of DOT regulations required
Ability to communicate and work in a team environment
Good attention to detail and math skills to handle inventory on a daily basis
Ability to prioritize various projects, ongoing daily tasks, and high-priority situations to maximize efficiency
Physical requirements
The work environment involves being outside in all types of weather
Lifting up to 60 pounds and carrying 50 pounds or more of product or other materials
Must be able to load product, pull large hoses, fill holes, and climb on/off of the truck
Shoveling gravel to fill drilled holes consistently throughout the day
Pushing/pulling in working with equipment
Other activities include frequent bending and squatting

Tanker endorsement preferred
Hazmat endorsement preferred

Responsibilities in this role:
Maintain, order and replenish supplies throughout the building such as: break room, pantry room, vending machines, snack carts, as well as supply room and copy rooms.
Process office waste and recyclables
Monitor building supply levels and manage storage spaces
Assist in monitoring and managing building systems
Coordinate with service vendors and act as on-site POC

Maintain demo equipment inventory and manage asset system

What you'll bring to the team:
2-3 years of facilities coordinator experience in an office setting preferred

Excellent verbal and written skills with strong organizational and time-management skills
Detail oriented, self-starter with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities while working independently
