Manage the Semi Test Demand Management team which includes:

Compensation:
The base salary range for this role is $146,300-$234,200. This range is a good faith estimate, and the amount of base salary will correspond with experience and skill set. This range can also fluctuate depending on demand and location.

Position Overview:

This role will focus on supporting Teradyne's M&A activity, including cross-border transactions and venture investments. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in M&A and corporate transactional law, including managing complex deals from inception to closing, drafting and negotiating agreements, and leading due diligence teams. Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all aspects of Teradyne's M&A and corporate transactional activity, including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic investments.
Provide expert legal counsel to senior management on complex M&A transactions, including cross-border deals and venture investments.
Lead due diligence teams, reviewing and analyzing complex legal and financial matters.
Draft, negotiate, and review a variety of M&A and corporate agreements, including purchase agreements, investment agreements, and related documents.
Collaborate with external counsel, business teams, and cross-functional departments (finance, tax, HR, etc.) to ensure smooth and efficient execution of transactions.
Advise on regulatory and compliance issues related to M&A activity, including antitrust, securities law, and international regulations.
Support post-closing integration activities to ensure seamless execution and value realization.
Support general corporate governance other legal matters as needed.
Qualifications:
JD from an accredited law school, with excellent academic credentials.
Licensed attorney in good standing in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in M&A and corporate transactional law, with a focus on large, complex transactions and cross-border deals.
Proven experience leading M&A transactions from start to finish, including managing due diligence, drafting and negotiating deal documents, and working with cross-functional teams.
Expertise in both US and international M&A regulations, including experience with foreign investment laws and cross-border compliance.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively advise and collaborate with senior executives and business leaders.
Detail-oriented with a pragmatic approach to legal problem-solving.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
This role requires wide skill in the PCB industry. PCB layout and extensive knowledge of manufacturing and assembly processes and how to address problems as they arise with FAB and assembly houses.
Ideal candidate will be proficient with Allegro, PADS experience a plus. ADEF is moving to Allegro in the next several months as the primary CAD tool.
Work with a wide variety of engineering disciplines to layout complex hi frequency PCB.
Conduct peer and design reviews for PCB designs completed within the group as a participant.
Participate in a ticket system for assigning jobs and reporting job status to the engineering community.
Design dense and complex PCBs with a wide variety of component types, emphasis on RF signal requirements, and board fabrication technologies.
Qualifications
Required
5+ years' experience preferred.
Associate Degree in Engineering Technology or equivalent desired
PCB design skills including RF and mixed signal/material/technology
PCB fabrication process knowledge
Working knowledge of IPC standards
Requires strong organizational skills, technical curiosity, and desire to work in fasted paced team environment.

* Development Tools: GIT, Cmake, Yocto, Docker
* Hardware protocols: Familiarity with common hardware protocols, such as; I2C, SPI, PCIe, Ethernet, USB...
* Excellent troubleshooting, debugging, especially debugging remote systems with multiple devices in the loop, and problem solving skills.
* Experience with Automated Test Equipment is a plus.
* Comfortable and familiar with peer reviewed software development process.
* Comfortable working with open source communities (Linux kernel, uboot, etc)
* Experience working in cross-functional teams designing complex systems
* BS required, advanced degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering computer science or related technical field from a top university or engineering institution

Job Description
The candidate will be part of a multifunctional group that defines, develops and delivers innovative device and process solutions to enable and enhance technology platforms needed for ADI's long term scale and success in power products. The person should have a deep understanding of semiconductor devices and silicon processing technology.
Responsibilities and Duties include but not limited to:
Design semiconductor devices and define process DOE splits in the fab
Setup test measurements in lab and collect automated data as needed
Define optimum process and device layouts
Support technology qualification and implementation for new products
Support production ramp up of new technologies and products
Minimum Qualifications:
Advanced degree in electrical engineering, material science or similar discipline
Expertise in lab measurement and data analysis tools
Strong analytical mind, problem solving skills, good communicator and team player
