We are seeking a strategic and technically adept senior leader to drive the execution of semiconductor test platform programs. This role requires deep experience in test cell architecture, cross‑functional team leadership, and a strong understanding of both wafer‑level and packaged device testing. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering integrated test solutions that span mechanical, electrical, software, firmware, and signal delivery domains.
Lead the full lifecycle of semiconductor test platform projects-from concept through deployment.
Manage and align cross‑functional engineering teams, including:
Mechanical Engineering: Enclosure, thermal, and structural integration.
Electrical Engineering: PCB layout, power delivery, and signal integrity.
Software Engineering: Test automation frameworks, data analytics, and user interfaces.
Firmware Development: Embedded systems, instrumentation control, and real‑time processing.
Signal Delivery Design: High‑speed interconnects, probing technologies, and test interface hardware.
Oversee semiconductor test cell integration, including handler interfaces, thermal control systems, and automation workflows.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Computer Engineering.
10+ years of experience in semiconductor test systems, with 5+ years in a leadership role.

Strong organizational, communication, and strategic planning skills.

The EHS Manager is responsible for:
Develop and execute EHS programs across multiple sites/states and functional areas, ensuring full compliance with Cal/OSHA, OSHA, EPA, and other applicable federal, state and local regulations. Manage compliance with environmental permits, hazardous waste programs and industrial hygiene initiatives. Serve as primary liaison with local, state, and federal regulatory agencies, on all EHS matters. Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action implementation. Drive safety culture maturity through proactive engagement, leadership visibility, and employee advocacy.
This position reports to the Director of Environmental Health Safety and Sustainability and is part of the EHS Department located in Torrance California and will be an on-site role.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

* Design, develop, and maintain software components for ATE platforms, including embedded systems, diagnostic tools, and automation frameworks.
* Participate in full software development lifecycle: requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, and support.
* Collaborate with hardware, systems, and product teams to ensure seamless integration and performance.
* Conduct unit testing, code reviews, and debugging to ensure software quality and reliability.
* Support internal and external customers with technical troubleshooting and issue resolution.
* Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, helping them grow and achieve high standards of software engineering.
* Prepare clear and detailed technical documentation for developed software, system architectures, and processes.
* Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and tools.
All About You
* Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
* 1-3+ years of professional software development experience.
* Conceive and implement fully functional and high performing C# and C++ software
* Solid understanding of programming fundamentals and object-oriented design.
* Familiarity with software development tools such as version control (Git), debuggers, and IDEs.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Good communication and teamwork abilities.
* Familiarity with real-time operating systems, device drivers, and hardware-software interaction.
* Experience with CI/CD processes, version control, and agile methodologies.

Compensation:
The base salary range for this role is $101,100 - $160,100. This range is a good faith estimate, and the amount of base salary will correspond with experience and skill set. This range can also fluctuate depending on demand and location.

The EHS Manager is responsible for:
Develop and execute EHS programs across multiple sites/states and functional areas, ensuring full compliance with Cal/OSHA, OSHA, EPA, and other applicable federal, state and local regulations. Manage compliance with environmental permits, hazardous waste programs and industrial hygiene initiatives. Serve as primary liaison with local, state, and federal regulatory agencies, on all EHS matters. Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action implementation. Drive safety culture maturity through proactive engagement, leadership visibility, and employee advocacy.
This position reports to the Director of Environmental Health Safety and Sustainability and is part of the EHS Department located in Torrance California and will be an on-site role.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
EHS Manager will develop and enforce site-specific safety plans, conduct trainings, lead audits and investigations, and ensure compliance with OSHA/Cal-OSHA and project requirements. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for safety professionals who want to grow and gain experience.
The essential requirements of the job include:
+ Minimum of 3+ years of safety experience required.
+ Strong leadership, documentation, and communication skills.
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: if applicable for role
+ Ability to travel locally - 5%
+ Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 50lb, any other physical requirements
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
+ OSHA 30, CPR/First Aid Trainer ORBCSP credentials (CHST, CSP, ASP, GSP)
+ Industrial Hygiene experience in lab or high speed industrial manufacturing experience, along with safety training and accident Investigation
+ AQMD permit applications

The salary range for this role is $100,000 - $137,000 This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
