We are seeking a highly motivated COOP/intern to develop and train an AI agent on Teradyne's Design for Reliability (DFR) guidelines, and principles. The role involves ingesting the DFR guidelines into the large language model, followed by working with senior reliability engineers to train and validate the model. This will involve large-scale generating question-and-answer pairs to ensure the agent accurately interprets the guidelines. The goal is to create a reliable, interactive assistant capable of providing real-time guidance to engineers based on Teradyne's DFR principles. This role offers hands-on experience in AI training, technical documentation, and reliability engineering, making it ideal for candidates passionate about machine learning and hardware design standards.
* Data Ingestion & Structuring: Ingest and structure Teradyne's DfR guidelines and internal documentation into the AI agent's knowledge base, focusing on Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) principles.
* Agent Development: Design, build, and deploy a functional prototype of the AI agent using appropriate Large Language Model (LLM) frameworks (e.g., Llama, GPT and LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc.).
* Training and verification: Collaborate with senior engineers to validate and rigorously test the agent's accuracy. Refine AI responses to ensure alignment with Teradyne's DFR principles and improve guidance accuracy.

About the Role

Bioelectronic Platforms Research Intern
The Deep Tech Solutions (DTS) group seeking a motivated, experienced Bioelectronic Platforms Research Intern to support our Innovation Center and Corporate Incubation Labs (Analog Garage) located at ADI's Boston office. The Analog Garage mission is to empower ADI by pioneering breakthrough technologies. The DTS group is applying world-class circuit and device design, and nano-scale fabrication to develop long-term solutions to big societal problems. You will join the team which is leveraging proven and mature semiconductor technologies to solve challenging problems in biology and human health.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Model and develop constraints for integrated circuit systems based on research and experimental results.
* Develop blocks for integrated circuits and evaluate them with simulations using industry standard IC Design tools.
* Present findings of your research and proposed solution to DTS leadership team.

Minimum qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
Working towards BS/MS degree with full time student status in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
General circuit knowledge in all common areas with a stronger emphasis on digital communication, power circuits, ADCs, and microcontrollers.
Familiarity with embedded microcontroller concepts and applications, ability to bridge the gap between low-level programming languages and hardware.
Understanding thermal principles and behaviors as they relate to practical circuit design.
Ability to perform circuit evaluation using a variety of bench test equipment including oscilloscopes, multi-meters, and power supplies/signal generators.
Knowledge of high-level programming languages such as Python or C#, and experience with C/C++ for low-level hardware applications.

The Technology Analyst Intern supports ADI's Emerging Business Opportunity Exploration team by assessing the technical feasibility of new business ideas, understanding enabling technologies, and helping translate early business concepts into technical insights.

Key Responsibilities
1. Technology Research & Landscape Analysis

2. Technical Feasibility Assessment
Assess the feasibility of conceptual product ideas using engineering fundamentals (compute needs, sensing requirements, integration constraints, power budgets, etc.).
Identify technical risks, dependencies, and barriers to scaling.
3. Architecture & System-Level Thinking
Support early system architecture modeling or conceptual diagrams (e.g., high-level block diagrams).
Help evaluate how various enabling technologies fit together in potential solutions.
4. Prototype Support & Experimentation
Assist with small-scale prototypes, simulations, or technical experiments where applicable (e.g., sensor evaluations, firmware proof points, modeling in Python or MATLAB).

The Security Hardware group is seeking a curious, driven, and technically sharp Hardware Security Design Intern for our team located at ADI's Wilmington campus. Analog Devices (ADI) is seeking a motivated Design Evaluation Engineer Intern to support the validation and characterization of next-generation integrated circuits. As the “first customer” of new silicon, you'll play a key role in evaluating device performance, automating test setups, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure product success.
This internship is ideal for students looking to gain hands-on experience in lab testing, PCB design, and system-level validation while contributing to real-world engineering projects.
