Patrick Danial is the Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer of Terakeet. As a teenager he built, owned and operated one of the first web hosting and colocation companies in New York State and brokered high-volume, high-dollar advertising and traffic deals before structured display campaigns and Internet marketing companies became mainstream. He has since developed a wide array of software and technology-based platforms for a roster of multinational clients.

Since co-founding Terakeet in 2001, Patrick has guided the company’s product vision and innovation, co-leading the company’s growth from dorm-room startup into a global Enterprise Search Engine Optimization and Influencer Marketing technology firm. His leadership and innovation-as well as his eagerness to get his hands dirty with product prototyping himself-have shaped Terakeet’s unique approach to enterprise SEO and guided the creation of a supporting suite of proprietary, best-in-class software applications. These include Chorus, an enterprise SEO platform with unmatched publisher discovery and outreach workflow capabilities; Carina, a competitive backlink analysis and keyword research tool; and Perlu, the world’s first influencer community and collaboration platform that launched in the Summer of 2018.

Patrick and his wife, Jessica, spend time outside their careers pursuing their shared passion for arts and education philanthropy. Most recently, they’ve been focused on the development of the Danial Family Education Center at Syracuse’s Everson Museum of Art, which opened in the Summer of 2018. He lives in Skaneateles, NY with Jessica and their sons Remy and Ellis.

Kimberly Heffernan is a CFO at Terakeet.

Lynn joined Terakeet in July of 2018 as their first Chief People Officer. She is passionate about cultivating positive cultures and great places to work. At Terakeet, her focus is on developing and implementing programs that will support the company’s explosive growth.

Prior to joining Terakeet, Lynn held executive level operational and human resource roles at global organizations including Publicis (Razorfish and Rosetta) and Safety-Kleen Corp, and entrepreneurial firms including Doculabs, Crown, and PeopleStrategy. Lynn has served on the boards of Doculabs, AIIM and Corporate America Family Credit Union.

Lynn completed undergraduate work at Elgin Community College. She holds an MBA from the University of Chicago and has taken continuing education courses through Northwestern, Harvard, and the University of Pennsylvania.

Lynn resides in the Chicago suburbs and Syracuse NY. She is married and has two adult children. Lynn is an avid reader, loves traveling and is searching for the perfect lakehouse to make her next residence.

In his current role, Ralph’s responsibilities include direction and oversight of Terakeet’s organizational growth and service delivery models.

Since joining Terakeet in 2005, he’s enjoyed collaborating with the many talented individuals here to find solutions to the challenges facing a growing company in an evolving industry.

Prior to joining Terakeet, Ralph was a Specialty Leasing Representative with The Pyramid Companies, where he focused on developing relationships with specialty retail tenants across the company’s portfolio of properties.

Born and raised in Syracuse, New York, Ralph graduated from Fairleigh Dickinson University in Madison, New Jersey, with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing.
