Mike is an operationally-oriented CFO with over 25 years of extensive experience in a variety of industries including manufacturing, software, technology, and services. He has experience in a variety of different sized companies, ranging from small, venture funded startups to mid-sized publicly traded corporations. A proven leader, Mike has led accounting and finance teams, human resources, legal/contracts, information technology, facilities and investor relations. Over the course of his career, Mike has completed multiple capital raises, debt offerings and bank financing packages as well as negotiated numerous customer contracts, OEM agreements, reseller agreements and office leases. His focus on expense and process control has provided solid foundations for companies to quickly scale and successfully grow their business. Mike has a BA in Economics from Dartmouth College and an MBA from Northeastern University.
