Coordinate team members to ensure all areas are operated safely and efficiently. Lead weekly crew meetings covering safety, efficiencies, and manpower. Foster an environment where continuous process improvement initiatives are promoted. Implement process and safety standards and procedures. Assist with coordinating and managing crew schedules. Ensure team members are skilled in the expected tasks to be performed. Perform general maintenance and troubleshooting as needed. Assist with training and development of team members. Analyze and resolve work problems or assist operators in solving work problems. Approve all overtime prior to commencing. Complete special projects as assigned. Always serve as an excellent Company ambassador and safety champion. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE High school diploma and/or GED Bilingual preferred. 2+ years of manufacturing, mining, or aggregate environment preferred. 5+ years of supervisory and leadership experience preferred.
