Mr. Ponton has nearly 25 years of experience with distributed service organizations, including leading both company-owned and franchise operations. He has a strong track record of implementing operational excellence and process improvement initiatives at those companies, leading to enhanced customer experience, stronger company culture, and improved employee retention.

While at Monro, Ponton led a successful transformation strategy to improve growth, profitability and customer service across an organization encompassing 8,500 employees (including 6,000 technicians), as well as 1,250 company-owned stores, 100 franchised locations, and a commercial B2B business.

Prior to joining Monro, Mr. Ponton served as CEO of American Driveline Systems, where he led a strategic turnaround of the company. Before American Driveline, he was CEO of Heartland Automotive, the nation’s largest operator of Jiffy Lube locations, where he grew the number of retail locations from 390 to 600.

Earlier in his career, Ponton served as managing director, Asia-Pacific, for Veyance Technologies, an engineered products business based in Shanghai, China, and Melbourne, Australia. Mr. Ponton began his career at Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co., where he rose through the ranks over 16 years to vice president, Marketing, and earlier vice president and general manager of Goodyear Retail, a division with 800 stores and 8,000 employees.

David Dart joined Terminix Global Holdings (formerly ServiceMaster Global Holdings) in August 2018 as chief human resources officer. He joined the company from Veritas Technologies, a global enterprise software company headquartered in Mountain View, California, where he was senior vice president and chief human resources officer.

Previously, Dart was the vice president of human resources for the specialty materials division of Celanese, a $3B revenue business unit, where he led the development and deployment of the company’s global strategy as well as the implementation of new performance indicators designed to increase revenue and profit through talent development and behavior change.

Earlier in his career he was vice president of human resources at Ecolab where he was responsible for global talent management, compensation management, and culture and inclusion efforts across key functions within the company. There he launched global culture transformation and alignment initiatives in 20+ divisions. Dart also served in both U.S. and global HR leadership positions at Bissell, ConAgra Foods and Amgen.

Dart served in the U.S. Navy as a logistics officer and has both a B.A. in biophysics and an MBA from the University of Michigan.

Bob Riesbeck joined Terminix Global Holdings in December of 2020 as executive vice president and CFO leading the finance, information technology, and supply chain functions.

He is an accomplished senior executive with experience serving as CEO, COO, CFO and board member and brings 25 years of experience in complex transformations with a balance of both growth and turnarounds at large multi-unit distributed service organizations. Riesbeck has a track record of operational improvement, financial discipline, and acquisition integration excellence for both public and private companies. He is widely recognized as an inclusive, measured, and opportunistic business strategist who partners with operational and support functions to develop impactful financial models and discipline that prevent margin erosion and drive immediate performance improvement.

Riesbeck joined the company from Pier 1 Imports where he most recently served as chief executive officer and board member and previously held the position of CFO. There he led a complex turnaround strategy, garnering financial successes and great teammate support and engagement for the iconic retailer before the COVID-19 pandemic devastated the retail sector.

Prior to joining Pier 1, he was CFO at Full Beauty Brands. Prior to this he held successive positions of CFO, and President and CEO at H. H. Gregg, a $2.3 billion consumer products retailer with 226 stores in 20 states. He's also been an operating executive at private equity firm Sun Capital Partners and held operating unit Chief Financial & Operations Officers positions at Nike, Inc., (Hurley and Bauer) and Cluett American Corp.

Riesbeck is a Certified Public Accountant and received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Akron.
